I really like the Tori karaage ($4.8) at Saboten. The chicken pieces are so well-marinated. Slightly crispy outside, but retain the juiciness of the meat inside. Apart from the side dishes, we ordered a Saboten special set with rice ($25), that comes with green-tea, maccha ice-cream, and a platter consists of 1 breaded shrimp, 1 mini pork tenderloin, 1 half-sized pork loin and 1 crab cream croquette. Of all three, I love the crab cream croquette the most. The mashed potato and crab meat are well-seasoned. Good stuff!

For the sauce, you will have to grind the sesame on your own, and pour the sauce in it, which you could then dip your deep-fried pork loin in it.
