Probably one of the best things i have ever tried. Xiao long bao, it surprises me with the delicious meat and soup that flows out from the bao. It tastes even better with the vinegar and ginger shreds. This is one dish that tastes equally delicious whether it is served hot or cold. Perhaps i am a little bias but i think anything that is called xiao long bao tastes good. A very good creation. Thumb up.
