Yes, the prawn is fresh and big, yummy ~ but the skin's too chewy and hard, which we ended up scrapping off the skin ... This will be perfect if the skin's thin and good ~Steamed Shrimp and Vegetable

My first time having steamed carrot cake in this presentation and I think it's rather interesting - only to be told later that this is the traditional method. Ops, I must have had too much of convenience food ~ ;PXO Sauce with Shrimp Cheong Fan
This is a disappointment - the rice rolls might have been steamed for too long that they turned too soft ~ The shrimps are really 'shrink shrimps' ~Beside the above, we have fried prawn dumpling and steam spare ribs with black bean sauce. Oh well, both turned to be disappointment as well.
Customers continuously enter the shop when we were eating and more swarmed in when we left, lol ~ Well, I think there are some gems hidden in it waiting for us to discover...
