Okay to be fair, they did emphasise it's not a premium cut which explains the price but it just doesn't taste right. Asked for medium rare but came well done. They were nice enough to change it tho.

There's more vermicelli than noodles. Nice 'wok hei'. Traces of pork lard and sio bak. And I like it wet with some stock so overall, thumbs up! A big portion enough for 2 or 3 to share.
