Before I start this post proper, I can only say I am disappointed with the food. I went in on a Tuesday which is a special night thinking they will have more variety but no! They only have 3 more particular cooked dishes which is not what i wanted. Do check carefully before you head down for a meal We have to pay more on the special nights. In conjunction with the UOB cards promotion, we paid around $70++ per pax.We went in with high expectations for the seafood spread. With greater expectation comes greater disappointment. The seafood spread consists of the enormous crab legs, mussels and scallop. They do not have fresh prawns neither do they have oysters. Great disappointment. The mussels and scallops were refilled once they were gone but every time refilled there will only be 10 shells on the ice panel. However, the crab legs were really good! They were big, juicy and sweet. Awesome! The only reason I will head back to Todai will be their crab legs. Nothing else.

Their cooked food wasn't amazing. In fact, for many dishes were served cold and unappealing.As for the desserts wise, it was okay. They have a wide selection for the desserts.

I will not go again given the price and servings they are offering. There are better buffets out there with better pricing and food.

Pizza Hut @ Plaza Singapura

Today, i went pizza hut for lunch with my boyfriend. To my horror, there are only 2 servers in the entire restaurant. Indeed, they have shortage of personnel that makes a lot of customers wait. We ordered the student lunch set which only cost $8.90 not including gst and service charge. Thought it was quite a good deal as it includes a main dish + side dish + free flow drink. I ordered creamy mushroom with criss cross fries and pepsi! The creamy mushroom was horrendous, the quantity of mushroom was little and the cream made the whole pasta rather dry and tasteless. The criss cross fries was normal.My boyfriend ordered a aglio olio with prawns with the soup of the day and 7 up!

Similarly, the prawns were tiny and little. I was pretty upset with the service there. The staff are really rude and i suppose the guy in black uniform is the manager there. What a disappointment. I dont think I will be returning to Pizza Hut anymore. Although they have been significantly improving on their genre of food but service is equally important as to make customers stay.

I was very disappointed with Fig & Olive. ):I ordered a mushroom chicken cream pasta that evening and was eagerly anticipating it to come as my stomach is already groaning. To my dismay, the cream sauce was really thick as shown in the picture. It is very different from what I always had in other places. The cream sauce is similar to those cans campbell soups found in supermarkets. It made the whole pasta really dry and awful ):My friend ordered a plate of fish and chips. It was slightly better than mine but the fish isn't fresh too. I don't think I will return to Fig & Olive again ):

However, their service was commendable.

I ordered char grill chicken for lunch today accompanying by two complimentary sides of french fries and onion ring. The serving served was small but overall it tasted okay. In my opinion, there is nothing special and I may not come back again for the same dish. The ambiance was great and is suitable for catching up with old pals Besides that, Astons do not have any service charges. The price you see on the menu will be the price you are paying for. (:

I am really disappointed with Swensen's lately. Their standard of food had been dropping. I ordered a Seafood Pasta this afternoon. The style of cooking was great and tasty. However, the ingredients weren't fresh ):My aunty ordered Fish & Chips. It was okay but the portion was smaller than expected. The fries was crunchy! (:Swensen's still have the best ice cream! (: Sticky Chewy Chocolate !
