Udders Ice Cream - A Little Up Smile Jan 31, 2013

I ordered a pint of ice cream without looking at the price. When I was about to pay, I got a little shock with the price.

Price match quality but then it is still a little steep. I will be willing to pay that price if the packaging is unique and it give me the additional touch. To be fair, unlike the other ice cream cafe you have to pay more for mix it so plus, minus it is still reasonable.

What’s matter is, I enjoyed my ice cream!

If you don’t fancy cake, this is the alternative! Not too sweet, not too creamy – perfect for the healthy lover.

Cookie & Cream – $4.80

Strawberry custard – $5.50

The taste is rich but at the same time not too sweet. The various layers add another texture to the taste and if you stir it all together, it is like eating McFlurry Oreo – taste better than that. The fruit use is fresh and add richness to the Grin Affair.

What I like most is the packaging – the glass jar which is recyclable and it is such a vintage piece of dessert.

They have various flavours so check them out!

Fantastic Thai Food  Smile Jan 31, 2013

We chanced upon this Thai restaurant which is surprising well!

Pricing affordable, great food, fast delivering of food. As it is quite well receive and get overwhelm for dinner crowd, you have to order and pay at the cashier before you actually get your food serve.

It is pleasantly nice and the raisins enhance the pineapple taste.

I like the Fried Keotow more than the Pineapple Rice, it is well fried! The peanut makes it special, one that you will leave a very deep impression. Initially I didn’t order because I feel that there’s beef in it BUT no, this dish is clear of that. I will order it next time. tongue

My first time having Pandan Chicken. One of the signature dish that you have to order – juicy, tender, finger licking good!

Their Tom Yum is too spicy for me though, didn’t really like it.

If you are craving for Thai food, this restaurant is worth a try!

Nice vibe Korean BBQ restaurant with contemporary ingredients!

The BBQ rim get stick easily, so be sure to spread oil evenly.

If you are a meat lover, this will be THE PLACE for you! There are a lot of different marinated choice of meats that you will be pleased.

They are pretty generous with their portions!

The food here is really nice, as shown! Still, be prepared to stink!

Thai Steamboat - Mookata Smile Jan 31, 2013

Like what the menu said “Traditional Thai BBQ” place to be! The thing about Thai BBQ is that you really stink with the BBQ smell after your meal! So try to find a table closer towards the entrance as the place is an enclose area.

This is how Thai BBQ steamboat look like! They used charcoal and pork lard as oil to BBQ. Their chili is serve in different spiciness, mild, middle and spicy- not really spicy though.

I love their marinated meats – very well marinate you don’t taste the bloody taste.

When you BBQ on top, the juice of the meats drip in to the soup and it enhance the soup flavour over time.

The beverage serve is also very unique:

This is one of the leading top few Thai Steamboat place.
