breadtalk yam cake! OK Sep 11, 2011
Categories : Bakery

This is breadtalk new launch yam cake. I was first attracted by the purple colour and assorted fresh fruits. For yam lover, definitely you can't miss it.

Their cake is indeed soft and fresh with real yam filling in between the cake layer. But i find their purple cream at the outer layer really too thick. Their fresh fruits will be the kids favorite.

UOB member get 3% rebate and luckily my sister have UOB credit card. So quite worth it.

waraku restaurant! Smile Sep 11, 2011

kidz meal set come with egg with chicken don, small portion of fish fillet, ice apple juice/mango/orange juice, french fries and fresh green leaf veggie, pudding.
My nephew like to eat the french fries with tomato ketchup. I like to eat the deep fried fish fillet.
Every kids meal comes with free toys and my nephew got a small car toy. But this set is consider too big for a 4years old boy so others family member can share too.
Their kids utensils comes with hello kitty cartoon which i think is not suitable for boys. Perhaps they can have Ben 10 or superman pattern.

I like Tiong Bahru Pau. Their pau and snacks are very famous. These are eggs tarts and char siew pastry from them.
Their egg tart is very crisp and can feel many layers when you bite. Their egg is very smooth and not too hard or too soft.
Their char siew pastry also very crispy with their outer layer. Their char siew filling is very rich in taste. Really very well marinate and cook.

Karaoke OK Sep 11, 2011

This is milo dinasour from KTV karaoke lounge. After singing for long hours,I decided to order a glass of cold drink that can re charge my energy. Non member price is very expensive and not worth it so I suggest the member to order it. Very rich in milo taste and slightly sweet, but not too concentrated or diluted. I like the way they decorate the drink with colorful sticks. You can bite something despite drink it. However, too much ice added.

you tiao Smile Sep 11, 2011

I like it for the first bite. I bought the Mr. You tiao's voucher from Groupon. Cost me $6.90 for 2 sets of meal.
I chosen this tuna mayonaise from their signature oriental wrap. Their crepe, lettuce, you tiao and tuna mayo made a very perfect combination. Their lettuce and you tiao are crunchy in diferrent ways. Their tuna has very rich mayonaise taste which i like it very much.
From this set, you can choose a cup of drink: soya bean milk or lime juice.
If you don't like tuna, you can choose otah or chicken satay too.
Overall i give it 10/10 marks.
