TCC - The Connoisseur Concerto  (Bugis)

Mention The Connoisseur Concerto (TCC) and people will most likely think of their coffee but not me! Whenever I go there, I will ask for either the Tuna Tataki Spaghetti or Mentaiko Spaghetti with Salmon Tataki. The fish is cooked just right so that it melts in my mouth and the pasta is cooked just right - al dente.
