This is a very authentic Italian restaurant, whether its the food or the decor, it gives you a very homely feeling. My partner and I ordered a Vongole to share. The portion was huge, definitely sufficient for 4 instead of 2. It was very good as the taste of wine was not over-whelming. The clams were very fresh too.

I had a crab meat pasta. Love the fact that they were not stingy with their portions. Lots of crab meat but as usual, the portion was too big for me alone. Thumbs up! My partner ordered the carbonara. It was very good too.

They have a good selection of pizzas as well. I will definitely go back another time to try that out. smile

very tender chicken Smile Jul 20, 2012

This was my first visit and thank goodness, my friend was there much earlier (slightly before 12noon) to queue up for seats. We ordered spicy egg plants and the signature dish, soya chicken. The egg plants were served with spicy prawn paste and the prawn paste was really savory. Their chicken was really tender on the inside and the skin was very crispy. Thumbs up for this! smile

My friends and I went on a weeknight. It wasn't very crowded which was good for chit chatting. I had a crab pasta. It was very well done and the serving for the crab meat was pretty decent. My friend had the seafood risoto. It was really flavourful. Usually for me, I wouldn't be able to finish a whole plate of risoto as I would get sick of it after awhile. But it was not the case for this. smile
We had the creme brulee as dessert. Thumbs up for this!

great for tea time Smile May 08, 2012

If you have been to malaysia, you would be familiar with lok lok. They are usually fried food on sticks to be eaten with chilli. This stall's chilli is DELICIOUS!! There are different levels of spiciness. If you can take spicy food, do try out the most spicy chili. It would make you want to order more sticks.

However, its not very cheap to dine here. Each stick costs around $2. You can easily over-order, especially when you dine in big groups. The long beans are a must-try! smile

tom yam steamboat Smile Apr 23, 2012

I have tried the tom yam steamboat previously and I must say this is one of the best that I've tried so far. You can choose to have half a side with Tom Yam and the other with Chicken soup. Both are equally nice.

However, the boss will always try to recommend the cooked food which are not found on the menu, To be honest, they are not really nice at all and the prices are hefty.

Try the dumplings, thin-sliced pork and fried tau kee. Its usually crowded over the weekends. You may make reservations if you are going in one big group.

Recommended Dish(es):  tom yam steamboat

Spending per head: Approximately $25(Dinner)
