Jie Ji Fishhead Bee Hoon! Absolutely love their fishhead bee hoon! lol very tasty and nicely done! The sweetness of the fishhead helped to add more flavour to the soup. The condiments such as veggie and egg also contributed to the tastyness of the soup, making it very tasty and yummy! the bee hoon itself is very soft and could be easily slurped! great dinner!

Jik Aik Mixed Food Rice has a wide variety of dishes. Whenever I frequent there, I would always buy their fish in sweet and sour sauce as well as their curry chicken. Their fish in sweet and sour sauce is very tender and soft and very well prepared to allow it to retain its natural ‘chewyness’. The curry chicken is very spicy too! yummy!

Had brunch at Lucky Vegetarian Food! Ordered their bee hoon with vegetarian char siew. Love the vegetarian char siew! Not anything like the normal char siew, but it is unique in its own flavour. Lucky Vegetarian Food’s bee hoon is not oily or lumpy as like some othere which I have tried. Their omelette is also not oily! The beehoon strands are quite ‘loose’ and can easily be separated when eaten with chopsticks. Great brunch lol

had an awesome dinner at Seng Seng Fishball Mushroom Minced Pork Noodle. Ordered their minced pork noodle. The minced pork is very nicely marinated and finely chopped to very even tiny pieces. The noodle is also very soft and chewy! Yum yum! Totally love the sauce. Goes so well with the noodles and minced pork meat.

Barcook Bakery sells a wide variety of very unique tasting bread. One of my all time favourites is the Raisin Cream Cheese bread! It is cheesy and very soft while the raisins add a tinge of ‘chewyness’ to the bread. Very very addictive! I ate like two at one go. Haha. Their matcha bread is good too! strong taste of green tea lol
