I love Astons. The food is delicious and the price is very reasonable.

I like going to the Astons branch in Sembawang. Because it is not very convenient to get there, therefore, not many people visit the branch. It is easy to get a seat there. Their outdoor seats are great too if the indoors seats are full. The chairs are confortable and the breeze is very cooling. It is great for families with children because there is a water playground just outside.

Every time I go to Astons I would order the Grilled Fish with Herbs. The sides would be French fries and baked potato. I like the herb sauce. It accentuates the taste of the fish. I love the French fries. I think the French fries are good. Very good.

I highly recommend giving Astons a try. Everyone whom I’ve introduced Astons to love eating there.

I’m a very food biased person. I normally avoid Korean food. However, I‘ve always wondered how good kimchi taste for the Koreans to eat so much and so often. Well, it is good. I think I like it because I generally like appetisers like this like achar.

Well the kimchi is not very spicy and it is kinda sweet? The level of spiciness is just right. The cabbage they use is also very fresh and crunchy. It is great when eaten with the rice.

I love the frozen yogurt that Yigloo sells. The cookies and cream flavored one. It is very unique too because I have never seen any other stores with cookies and cream flavored yogurt. The yogurt is not too sweet and creamy.

To tell the truth, I think the frozen yogurt tastes more like ice cream than yogurt. The best part of this shop is that the toppings are FREE! You can go crazy with the toppings however you like. I like putting the mini chocolate drops because it feels good to chew or something hard when mixed with the soft yogurt.

However I think it is a little too expensive… $5 for a small cup.

I don’t really like the salmon. The salmon is a little fishy. Although they gave me a slice of lemon, I didn’t use it because I don’t like lemons. Also, the salmon gets more difficult to swallow with eat bite. However the salmon is quite worth it because it has a very big portion. It also tastes better with the mayonnaise.

The salmon fried set costs around $7.80. It comes with 2 pieces of salmon, miso soup, rice, kimchi, FREE flow of ice cream and drinks. I prefer the deep fried chicken ramen set though.

This fried chicken dish comes with the deep-fried chicken ramen set. I love the chicken. It tastes great and the meat is very tender. The chicken tastes even better than KFC and I recommend dipping it in mayonnaise. There is no chicken meat stink in the dish. I highly recommend trying the chicken when you visit.

The chicken is also very crispy. The crust of the chicken is not too thick nor is it too thin. The chicken has a very nice texture
