Lovely Broccoli Smile Aug 27, 2011   (Related Review)

I abso-dutedly love this dish. It is the ‘Dai Zi Xi Lan Hua.’

The scallop is not very fishy and it has the right thickness. When coupled with the sauce, its dee-licious.

The best part of this dish is not the scallop but the broccolis. The broccolis are delicious. It is very fresh, crunchy and sweet. Even my sister who hates vegetables ate the broccolis and said it was good.

The only bad thing about this dish is that there is ginger. I hate ginger.

This dish costs $27 for the medium sized portion.

Tofu OK Aug 27, 2011   (Related Review)

I don’t like this dish. It’s the ‘Xia Qiu Tou Fu.’ The dish sure looks very appetizing even though it is not good.

There are prawns covering the tofu. The prawns are highly un-recommended for people allergic to prawns.

I hate the kind of tofu they use. The tofu is rough and the taste is very plain.

However, I like the sauce covering the tofu. I think it is made with egg and pork because there are pieces of minced pork in the sauce.

It costs $18 for the small sized portion.

Eating Fish Bones Cry Aug 27, 2011   (Related Review)

My father ordered this dish. It is called the ‘Su Xiang Yu Gu’.

Looks are deceiving. The dish looked nice and everything however, one bite and BOOM! I never wanna eat that dish ever again. The fish bones are too hard. I don’t think it is healthy for the teeth. This dish is spicy. My father thinks that it is too salty.

However, the skin covering the fish bone is very good. I like the taste of it.

It costs $27 for the medium sized portion.

I love the KL noodles they sell. The KL noodles are famous too. There is a lot of ingredients inside. There is cabbage, prawn, pork and pork oil.

I like the cabbage in the noodles. The cabbage is very sweet. I love the sauce the noodles are covered with. It is not too salty and it is sweet. The noodles are like udon noodles and they are very Q.

However, I don’t like the prawns. The prawns taste very plain. The sauce has not gone into the prawn. Also, it is definitely not good for people allergic to prawns because I and my mother had allergic reactions to the prawns.

It costs $15 for the big plate.

Bad Drink and Appetiser Cry Aug 27, 2011
Categories : Malaysian | Cantonese/Hong Kong | Seafood | Zi Char

I ordered the Iced Lemon Tea and I don’t like it. The lemon tea is very plain or is it diluted?

The appetizer is spicy and sour vegetable. I don’t like it. The spiciness is too strong and I couldn’t taste the sourness in the dish. However, it is really good for improving appetite. I felt nauseous from motion sickness. After eating just two bites of the dish, the nauseous feeling went away.

The drink costs $1.50 while the appetizer cost $2.
