Was at sentosa on Friday noght. Craving for some tratitional satay. Heard of this place called Malaysian Food Street. Hope to find nice satay overe there. Place is crowded on a friday night. And just my guess to see a long Q for the satay. Should be very nice to see long Q. That mean the satay must be nice.
1 stick cost $0.80. Expensive. Guess you are at sentosa, expect to pay more for the food there.
The satay that come.. meat was abit big. Chicken meat is nice. but the mutton meat. Abit cold and not fully cook.
That is not a good news for me as I expected the food should be prefect.
Overall ; 1 time eating of the satay is enough. Please improve and I wil come for more. Can't compare with the satay you find at Lau Pa Sat.

Okay Coffee Cry Aug 10, 2012

Categories : Singaporean | Café | Halal | Noodles

Hello Coffee Lover.
This place at HarbourFront Centre, Wang Cafe is small. But there is always a crowd there. Seating is limited. You will need to wait for people to leave before you can sit.
On a Sunday, if you really want to drink coffee. You will need to wait.
So when you are seated, you will next need to Q to order your coffee. And the order taker is slow. Cos he is busy making coffee or tea and taking your order. The managment should know itz a weekend, they should employ more staffs. What I see on that Sunday, only 3 staffs working. A guy and 2 aunties. The aunties is in charge of making the bread and clearing the table. The management should see this. You know your place is small, limited seat. should have extra to clear the table and take order.
Now to the coffee. Okay. Bread Okay.
Okay place to drink coffee and bread but not able to chit chat as people are waiting.
sad sad sad

328 Katong Laksa For Lunch OK Dec 09, 2013
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Noodles

Lunch time at Novena Thomson.
Saw this small outlet kisok at Goldhill square and also saw a long Q.
So I decided to try it.
Yes, the taste is almost the same you can find it at Katong.
$4.50 for the small bowl.
If you really like laksa and this small bowl is too small. Upsize it.
The soup base has not mush of the coconut taste. Can say is healthly and the cockles they give is a lot. almost 8 pcs of small cockles.
Overall. smilesmilesmile

Hi All. Been a long time.
Came back to Sing. Wanted to try some Vietnamese food.
So we headed to Wheelock at Orchard. Heard from frens that this place have some good Vietnamese food.
smile
Their favorite. Saigon Street. Fresh Southern roll with sweet shrimps, egg and fresh herd. A must try. The warp is soft but tasteless. Must add their sauce put on the table.
Also order their Pho Chicken Noodle. At $7.90 is the style they cook. Can see and taste the diffence.
Quang Style Egg Noodle. At $10.90. The bowl is big but the portion is not much. And you really must add some of the sauce on the table.
Overall. A good try is you looking for Vietnamese Noodle. Will try their bread meal.
