Went there for supper and in case you guys don't know that this outlet open 24-hours only on fridays and saturdays. Now back to my food review, try their signature HK Milk Tea which tasted very nice and serve on both hot or cold versions.order also their thick toast with peanut butter, it was terribly messy to eat although quite nice. A tall block of carbs topped with thick gooey peanut better on it . Even with use of fork and knife, it was quite difficult to eat the bread as it was too crusty and crumbs kept falling all over the place and the peanut butter had the sludge kind of consistency that you need to fight with ( tasted great after all). Tried also a couple of their dim sums, it was fantastic! Service staff was friendly to us and they greated us when we step in to the restaurant.
Overall: two thumbs up for this outlet!

Passby mr bean while i'm heading to ntuc for grocery, decided to have mr bean pancakes and soyabean for supper. i bought the chocolate pancake coz i love chocolate and a cup of soya milk. While i'm queuing for payment, one of the staff ask me whether want to use their coupon for greater price. eventually, i tear out a coupon and the whole set of meal only cost me $2.50 instead of $3++ it's really really worth the price. The chocolate pancake which are rich in filling which tasted so delicious, soya milk was also fresh and nice. Grab it before the promotion ends!
no regreat trying!

Always come here early as the queue is always long during lunch time. So i went around 11am to packet lunch back to the office. All my colleagues like their kway teow and myself as well, indeed, this is one dish that built up lots of cholesterol and fats. That's the reason why i stop eating for the past few months , but this is really a tempting char kway teow around singapore and is cheap. This's the reason no doubt the queue was long, it's worth your time and money!

international buffet Smile Oct 02, 2011

It was my first visit at the Royal Plaza Carousel the weekend before and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide spread they served for the buffet. The seafood variety was good and plenty though not fresh. The sashimi at the sushi bar was fresh and delicious. On the other end of the dining lounge served a variety of warm dishes. We couldn’t eat them all but many looked really good.We barely had room to fit in desserts but they looked too good to be missed so we went for it.All in all, it was an enjoyable experience and we enjoyed the food very much. The variety was great that everyone’d bound to find something they like there. I’d definitely recommend this place!

pork minced noodle Smile Oct 02, 2011

Hungry after work and decided to drive all the way to this pork minced noodle which i often will be cravying for their meat ball. I will always order for the dry one as tdry noodle with chilli is my favourite. Tried before the soup noodle which tasted not too delicious to me as well. The taste of the soup was nice with added some pig intestines and meatballs. Guess they got their own recipe for the soup with tasted no MSG added on . The meatballs are made by the stall owner which meat ball are tendered and very fresh. Definetly the meat ball tasted differently if you compare with the machine made ones.I ever heard before that the owner told the customer in front of me that " there are no meatballs on sale as the meat does not look fresh to me". So which means that the stall owner was particular about his quality of food sold to his customers.
