Buffet Dinner Smile Mar 17, 2012

Categories : Fusion | Hotel | High Tea | Desserts and Cakes | Buffet

This is my first time visiting this restaurant and I am pleased to say that food is generally quite up to standard.
Some of the food which I will recommend one to try:
1. Chilled prawn - The prawns are very sweet and fresh
2. Salmon Sashimi - Very fresh but the sashimi are snapped up really fast so do keep a look out when the chef replenishes it
3. Tempura Prawn - Freshly cooked! Yummy!
4. Green Tea with red bean cake - The cake just melts in your mouth and unlike most of the cakes, it is not too sweet

However, I am quite disappointed with the lobster which one person is only entitled to one serving. It is not worth the calories!

Lunch @ Coffee Club Smile Mar 11, 2012

Not only does the food looks good, the food tastes good as well.

One of the food which I would strongly recommend one to try is the Mudpie. It is dessert which can be shared among 2-3 pax as it is kinda rich and huge. Yes, it will be super sinful if you eat it on your own!tongue

The Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad from Coffee Club is also one of the must-try.

Delifrance Smile Mar 11, 2012

A good place for afternoon tea - this is how I would describe the Delifrance at IMM. Despite being a Saturday afternoon, there are plenty of seats. However, it can be quite noisy if there are events at IMM as it is an open concept restaurant.

Tried the Tuna Mayo Croissant and the Chicken Ciabatta and glad to say that both taste equally good. The serving of the filling is also quite generous. smile

Yami Shake Smile Mar 09, 2012

Love the Yami Shake which consists Yogurt, Soya Milk, fruits (depending on which flavour of shake you choose) and Oats. This low fat Yami Shake serves as a healthier alternative to milk shake as it definitely has lesser calories. Good for those who are on diet as it is healthy and yummy! tongue

Prima Deli Smile Mar 09, 2012

Till date, I have not found a bakery that served waffle which is always delicious as Prima Deli. No wonder there are always people queueing to buy the waffles. The waffle is always freshly made and is pipping hot when served.

Personally, I prefer the plain waffle ($1.30) as I think it tastes really good despite not having filling. Highly recommended! tongue
