I ordered the Chicken Tom Yam Spaghetti. here
When my food was served, I couldn't wait to dig in!
The aroma of the tom yam was strong and rich and it definitely smelt very wonderful.
The portion of chicken was extremely generous, with medium-sized juicy chunks.

However, the tom yam does get a little overpowering after a while probably cause of the coconut.
Advisable to be eaten on the rare occasion!
Also, it's definitely something different from the usual spaghetti's I've tried outside.
The tom yam is a great combi!

Sausages! Smile Dec 17, 2011

I ordered the German Nuremberger Sausages, priced at $12.80.
The description of it from the menu is "3 spiced German pork sausages, “Nuremberger style” served with fries and greens."
The outer layer of the sausage was slightly crisp yet soft inside and there was a mild spiced taste.
It was definitely something unique and different (in a good sense) from the type of sausages one would get at most places.
The fries were fried well as well and were thick and crisp.

Was an extremely satisfying meal which left me rather full! smile

Caramel Macchiato Smile Nov 10, 2011

Categories : American | Coffee

During my internship period at Science Park, I grabbed an Icy Caramel Macchiato during lunch break as a perk-me-up.
It is absolutely delicious.
The caramel added at the top sweetens the drink significantly though in a good way ;)

It's a rather strong drink that is sure to keep you awake and hyper!
Definitely great for days when you can barely keep awake!!

Nasi Padang ;) Smile Nov 10, 2011

Categories : Malay | Halal

Today I tapau-ed lunch from the Nasi Padang stall.
The ingredients I chose are as follows: fried chicken cutlets, cheese sausage, small tofu with some peanut-ish thing in it and lemak gravy.

The chicken cutlet was fried well and was crispy yet tender, though a little harder than usual.
The cheese sausage was delicious and the cheese just oozes out when you take a bite. YUM!
The tofu tasted rather normal though.
The lady was very generous with the lemak and included some vegetables from the gravy for me too.

At $3.70, it definitely was a filling meal and of above average standard smile

Seafood Platter for One Smile Nov 09, 2011

Categories : Restaurant | Seafood | Kids-Friendly

When I last went to Fish & Co, I ordered the Seafood Platter for One.
It is described as "A generous array of grilled seafood such as tiger prawns, dory fillet and calamari served on a bed of paella rice and chips".

I definitely have to agree.
Fish & Co does serve their food in very generous portions!
The food has always been up to standard whenever I've patronized the restaurant.
This time round, was no different.

The tiger prawns were grilled very well and the dory fillet was grilled till the bottom of it was a little crisp yet chewy and tender when bitten into.
Both the prawns and fillet feels like they melt into your mouth after a while. Definitely shows how well they were grilled!

The fries, AS ALWAYS, is absolutely delicious.
Thick and crisp, not too oily or salty and satisfaction in every bite.

Service is great as well!
Loved it!
