Huge dinner at NTU canadian pizza OK Oct 27, 2011
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Fast Food | Pasta | Kids-Friendly

Ordered the combo set one, which serves 2-3 people. Everyday, they have 4 different selection of pizzas. We ordered the BBQ chicken flavor. Additional there are 3 wings, 3 drumplets, a plate of potato wedges and 1.5L bottle of pepsi.

The pizza taste pretty nice with the BBQ sauce and chicken chunks. The wings were overcooked and pretty oily. The potato wedges were also normal as well.

After finish everything, we were too full and did not drink the pepsi. The pizzas are alright and we can skip ordering the wings or wedges. It is more worthy to order just the pizza alone.

Dinner at BK JP OK Oct 27, 2011
Categories : American | Fast Food | Halal | Burgers and Sandwiches

Ordered the new BK Italian Meal and a Mushroom swiss chicken burger. Upgrade the size of the meal and get a free Passion Fruit Sundae.

As usual, there is always a queue at this outlet.

The new BK Italian Chicken Burger is still not as iconic as the mushroom swiss tendergrill chicken burger. smile

The passion fruit is pretty nice, with a taste of sweet and sour.

Soft beancurd OK Oct 15, 2011
Categories : Hawker Centre | Desserts and Cakes

Ordered a original beancurd. Although it just took out from the fridge, it remains warm. It probably was just made.

It was pretty soft and taste like soya milk. It reminds me of a brand, nutrisoy. It was not very sweet and the taste was not as strong.

In general, it taste like a normal beancurd and perhaps we can try others.

Long que beancurd worth queuing Smile Oct 15, 2011

Categories : Hawker Centre | Desserts and Cakes

Was astonish by the queue and decided to queue up. It took me practically 40 minutes to wait for my turn. huffy

Everyone was like buying more than 10 bowls.

Ordered a almond ($2) and a original beancurd ($1.50).

The taste was worth queuing. It tastes like jelly and it is more dense. My preference has to go to the original. The almond taste covers off the original taste. The original beancurd is worth another bowl, which I regretted not buying more than one.

Fried kway teow Smile Oct 15, 2011
Categories : Singaporean Chinese | Hawker Centre | Noodles

First time trying the kway teow because of the consistent que.

The waiting time was alright. While I was waiting, many people request not to have clam inside. Anyway, I ordered the kway teow without any changes.

My first bite reminds me of what how exactly kway teow was like when I was young. Pretty memorable. It was slightly sweet, tasty and not too oily.

Upon eating the clam, I regretted. The clam was pretty raw and I gave up eating it. I prefer the clam to be more cooked.

Nevertheless, will still give it a try, but request for no clam.
