Food was excellent as usual - the signature creamy mushroom chardonnay sauce was sinfully rich and totally satisfying.
Another interesting dish is the pissaladiere - which is pizza on a crispy flaky crust .
Thanks to current promotions , we tried the crispy chicken winglets with raspberry sauce and the Creme Brulee .. Chicken was a tad too 'fried' for my liking, but it certainly went well with the smooth raspberry sauce that accompanied the winglets.
Creme Brulee was pleasant .
Staff were very attentive and quick to provide extra napkins and utensils that we requested.
A special word of commendation to the captain , Albert who promptly provided a candle and quickily lit the area were were seated at when we told him we had a birthday occasion to celebrate.
