My friends and I decided to pay a visit to this cafe along robertson quay on christmas eve for a hearty brunch.

We were very glad that it wasn't crowded in the early noon but not long after we've finished our meals, there were numerous people waiting for tables.

This cafe was actually in my list of to-visit cafes for quite sometime but due to its venue, I didn't have a chance to visit until this very day.

Eight of us ordered so much of their food, from eggs benedicts to french toast to toast and scrambled to additional bacon, honey chicken ham to their specialized coffee and etc! I'd say the prices of their food are really worth it for the big portions of every single dishes! And they serve one of the best coffee in singapore.

You can miss the food here but NOT the coffee (:

And not to forget, they don't charge service charge and GST is already included!

Good ice-cream and waffles Smile Jan 22, 2014

Paid a visit to this highly-raved ice-cream cafe for belgium waffles with two scoops of ice-cream ($11.80) which was totally superb! The location isn't as inaccessible as what most people say as it's 5 minutes walking distance from braddell station.

The only con is that the cafe itself is rather small to accommodate a huge number of customers so it will be a wiser choice to visit on a weekday noon. Other than this, everything's worth it! lol

Brunch at Canopy OK Jan 22, 2014

Nestled at bishan-ang mo kio park at the north area, this cafe also served daily brunches which attracted me to visit some time back!

Settled for their homemade american breakfast ($20) which consists of bacon, sausage, scrambed eggs, sauteed mushroom, tomatoes, salad and toast. A wide variety of choices if you can't decide on what to have!

My boyfriend settled for their deluxe eggs benedict which comes along with sauteed mushrooms ($18).

All in all, there's nothing much to shout out about their brunches but service was great and it's quite out of the norm place to chill at (:

Riders Cafe at the saddle club Smile Jan 22, 2014

Specially traveled down to bukit timah and walked all the way in to the saddle club just to have brunch on a saturday morning! And as usual, we had to wait for a short while because I always can't get through their reservation number.

My boyfriend decided to go with the Blackstone benedict ($16) which I felt was rather mediocre but definitely suitable for people who love bacon!

Once again, I ordered my all time favourite Pacific Benedict ($16)! It's not just like any normal eggs benedict because it comes with swimmer crab meat and not ham or bacon. The boiled spinach has also played a part in adding the flavour of the benedict lol

I've also suggested to order truffle fries ($12) because I had a craving for it then. A really huge portion, meant for sharing (3-4 pax) because both of us had a hard time finishing it!

All in all, what won my heart was the Pacific Benedict. NEVER miss that out if you happen to visit there for weekend brunch!

Brunch at PARK Smile Jan 22, 2014

Categories : Café | Desserts and Cakes | Burgers and Sandwiches

Located right infront of the exit of the station, beside hatched and provence, this rather new cafe has finally caught my interest to pay a visit mainly because of their all day breakfast menu and truffles fries (which I've been a little insane over these days).

Rise & Shine ($12) for myself and I really love the creamy scrambled eggs but the rest were just mediocre.

I couldn't really remember the name but it's some kind of minced lamb sandwich? You get to choose two sides along with the main courses and wewent for fries ($16.50, including a top up of $3 for the truffle ones).

Not the best truffle fries, but mozzarella flakes managed to satisfy my craving that day!

And not to forget, they have really good services lol
