Snack time Smile Oct 12, 2012

Some time last month I stopped by Plaza Singapura for some grocery shopping & was a bit hungry so decided to pick up a snack, just when I spotted Tip Top The Puff Factory since I love curry puffs, so I picked up a chicken curry puff. It was hot & I had to wait till it cooled down before I took a bite. It was as usual crispy from the outside & the filling was really good, it had chicken, potato & loads of spices. I loved the blend of the flavours in the ingredients. Yummy all the way. It costed about
1.2-1.5 $

Chicken time Smile Oct 11, 2012

I was in Tampines last month for work & stopped by Tampines 1 for a quick bite on the go & I din't have time to have lunch. So I spotted BBQ Delights & decided to stop by & picked up a bbq chicken. I saw Teriyaki & picked it up since I love Teriyaki flavour. It was a nice big piece of chicken which can be considered as a lunch on its own with a drink. It costed about 4 $, as the price is based on the weight. The chicken was well done & nicely coated with teriyaki sauce. I could tell it was fresh from every bite & was tasty too.

A friend & I went to Forver 21 at 313@Somerset after work 1 evening & we were looking at options to have a light dinner, as the B3 of the mall. Thats when we spotted Sumo salad. I was fascinated by the wraps & decided to try out the Tandoori Wrap. It is basically a cold wrap, with generous amount of tandoori chicken, tomatoe, greens like lettuce, capsicum & mayo. It was great, the favours were awesome. It was thick wrap, hence it was filling too. Enjoyed it. IT costed about 4-5 $ but was really light and worth it smile

Satay time Cry Oct 11, 2012

Since Hubby works in Raffles place, Satay is a common dinner starter for us quite often. This time he picked up some Satay from Asli Satay club. He picked up beef, chicken & duck. We couldn't wait till he got home & unpacked it & we attacked it with the yummy peanut sauce. The chicken which I am usually not so fond of was good & well done, duck too was great, but this time the beef was really rubbery & tough & not really well done. Beef Satay being our favourite, we were disappointed this time sad. Price i guess is 6$ for 10 sticks.

We love Yoshinoya for their Beef sets, which are really economical & super yummy. This time I ordered for a Combo meal of beef, chicken & rice, Plus a Miso soup & peas to snack on. I asked for spicy beef, which was well done, spicy & tasty just how I wanted it. The Chicken was yummy too, it was a Teriyaki chicken, was well cooked & juicy & the flavour of teriyaki sauce was great. The miso soup was good too. I love the Japanese rice served at Yoshinoya. The green beans were great too & seems like an addictive healthy snack. I enjoyed my meal with Sjora It costed about 8-12 $.
