It was a pre opening day. The menu is similar to the Star Vista's outlet but I enjoyed Sasami-katsu with Imakatsu's special truffle salt, which cannot be found in Star Vista's outlet. I found the truffle salt especially nice and it went very well with wine. This salt was selected by Imakatsu Japanese chef, Yokokawa san, and wine was picked by a famous sommelier. I fully enjoyed Michelin featured Imakatsu Sasami-Katsu with wine and salt. It is more convenient to go than the star vista store. I felt so happy after this meal!

First heard of this place from a friend from HK who visited Roppongi store before, and she claimed Premium Pork Loin Cutlet was so good that she went to Roppongi store many times. Also was told that Roppongi store had been awarded Michelin Bib Gourmands, designate very good restaurants that offer good value. At Singapore store ordered Premium Pork Loin Cutlet ZEN. It was so tender and sweet and my friend told me it was nicer than that of Japan.
