This morning I had some real urgent work at International Plaza so I left home very early in the morning without any breakfast. By the time I finished with my work it was already 10.00am. I was really very hungry by then, so I took a walk down the isle of shops that were selling snacks and to my good luck there it was my all time favorite Old Chang Kee. I headed straight for it and I was greeted by smile by the lady who attended to me. I placed my order of Sardine puff and I got it nice, hot and crispy....just the way i always like it. I paid for it and started to munch on my favorite snack...yum yum yum!!

Perfect Set Meals... Smile Mar 12, 2012

Categories : Indian

Me, hubby and our 3 kids had been to Mustafa's Shopping Center on Saturday for groceries shopping and other necessities. After we were done we decided to have lunch and it was already 1.30 in the afternoon. As we were walking down the street we came across Arasu Restaurant, we browsed through the Menu which was displayed outside and decided to give it a try, since we hadn't been there before.

We went in and made our selves comfortable and then decided to order our food. It was self service, so we went to the food counter and placed our order of 2 set meals. One was a set meal with Pepper Mutton and the other was a set meal with Chicken Masala. The potions served were good enough and the rice set came with Fish curry, Raita, 2 types of vegetables and papad. We enjoyed our meal to the fullest and after a while the waiter came and asked us if we wanted more rice or curry or vegetables and we said no, since we were already full. We then washed our food down with a glass of cold Lemon Juice.

We are glad we gave Arasu Restaurant a try and no regrets.... we got our money's worth!! A must try for Indian food lovers smile

We had been to Kallang Bowl for a Friends Son's Birthday and there they ordered this really yummy Choc Fudge Cake with a design of a Football field from Emicakes at Tampinese. It looked amazing and so real. The kids were amazed too and in no time they had surrounded the cake to take a closer look at it. The size of the cake was 25 X 30. After the Birthday song was sang and the candles were blown off the kids stood in line to have a slice of the yummy cake. The slices were nice and easy to cut and yes the taste was heavenly and really yummy. I'm so glad our friends packed some for us to take home too.... smile

They were yummy and so good to eat. The kids at the party enjoyed the cheese pizza the most and the adults seemed to enjoy the chicken. We really had a wonderful time and yes the pizza's were over in no time. Everyone had smiles on their faces!!

Categories : Singaporean | Bakery

My son wanted doughnuts for lunch to eat at school, so we went to Cake history and bought a couple of doughnuts one with coloured sprinkles and the other with chocolate sprinkles. The size of doughnuts there are really huge and the price is worth the size. I bet my son is going to be really full eating them smile
