This is some kind of a novelty. I heard that in Tokyo and Maui, people queue for this kind of thing. It's madness.

You can choose from 5 different type of pancake batter, eg peanut butter, chocolate etc. You squeeze the batter into the pan in the middle of the table and flip it over when one side is cook.
add in toppings like chocolate, banana bacon etc.

After it's cooked, you can choose maple syrup that kind of sauce to complete your pancake. I say its great fun to do this pancake yourself. You can do it in any shape. Write a word, make a heart shape etc.

Taste wise it was good enough. Not superb but just good enough!

The decoration of this place was simply amazing, the environment was so relaxing. You are surrounded by nature and the furnitures used were all so pretty though rustic.We ordered one of the few interesting fries. Taro truffle. This time the truffle did not disappoint. It was served crisp. Taro or yam instead of potatoes was a refreshing change for me. Lovely!One of their signature pizza, squid ink was very good as well. It was so good we had 2 of the same pizza. Squid and rockets all tasted so fresh. The uniqueness of Skinny Pizza is the crispy thin crust, combined with the squid ink. It just leave you wanting for more. We ordered a pork tenderloin. This dish was a bit disappointing. The sauce was tasteless, I cannot figure out what sauce was that. The pork was tough and not tender like what I would expect from tenderloin. It did not tasted great.

Ordered 4 different flavours from ET Artisan Sweets. Chocolate overload and brandied chocolate.

Chocolate was rich enough but the cake was dry. The grape was soaked in brandy and I loved it. They had some interesting flavours like yuzu and azuki green tea. It's nice that inside the cake, they filled it with yuzu cream and red bean respectively.

But after trying their cupcakes, I think it's a tad too dry. If the cake can be moist enough, it would be perfect with those interesting flavors and fillings in the cake.

So for now, I will stick to their Macaroons and ice cream, they are very yummy!

The last time when I visited them, I only managed to try their wings. I read that they are famous for their burger.

So this time, I ordered their Signature No.36 Burger to try.

We waited at least 20 minutes for the burger to serve. While waiting, I was sipping to English Cider, Green Goblin. Loved it. It was not overly sweet and heavy enough with 6% alcohol content. Very good!When the burger was finally served, I cannot wait to put it into my mouth.
Unfortunately, maybe I expected too much. I was not really pleased with what I tasted.

The bacon, cheese and beef patty was really normal. It's better than Burger King of course but it's not that good for a $14 burger.

What upsets me more was that for $2 top up to truffle fries. The portion was so tiny and I believe there wasn't enough truffle oil sprinkled in. It just did not taste like how I imagined it should be.

I read an article that Mr Huber is an award winning chef.

Therefore I said to myself, their sausage bun has got to be a must try.
I ordered caramelised onions and veal sausage with bun. It cost $7.80. Not too bad value I thought because the portion was big enough to fill me at lunch.

Upon order, you need to wait for 5 minutes at least, they heat up and prepare the sausage.
The sauce and caramelised onion was good. I do not eat onions like that, but the way they had prepared it, I finished all of it.

Sausage was veal meat. Frankly, was kind of disappointed because it did not taste like premium sausage to me. I cannot tell as well what was the meat used.

Pretty normal and average I thought.
