Yesterday was the beginning of August and I shall start my meal with Seoul garden buffet! The student meal only costs $13.99++. However, if you want to change the soup base, you will have to add up another $3.99++. Well, since we are more concerned about the food, thus, we decided to stick with the original soup based. For the food wise, I think the variety is too little and the marination was not well done. The beef was not very fresh and it taste so weird with the marination. Chicken is the best food there, however, it makes us sick after too much.

The hygiene will need improvement too. The chairs and beneath the tables are sticky. There are also stains on the cutlery! I am so afraid of food poisoning that I clean all the cutlery before used.

However, the staff there are wonderful. I really like their services!

This restaurant is famous for having a wide variety of rice roll, some of their unique and interesting flavors include apple, XO durian and banana which we seldom get to taste at the food centre. Moreover, their rice roll had been published before on our local newspaper like the "Lian He Zhao Bao" on 10 November 2011 and "Xin Min Zi Ba" on 4 May 2002.
We ordered the vegetable fried rice but the outcome of the dish was not as per our expectation, the quality of the rice was quite dry and bland, moreover, they do not serve green chilli which makes the rice not that tasty. the fried rice costs $5.00 each plate!

This is a newly-opened chinese restaurant situated in Chinatown Point and the ambiance looks like a typical chinese restaurant. The food served are mainly dim sum, there were about 4 of us and we ordered a few dishes which include beancurd, wasabi prawns, duck, fried dumpling and desserts. The beancurd was good and the texture was soft, the gravy was tasty and goes well with white rice. The wasabi prawn was a good try but the overall taste was not tasty enough as the wasabi did not bring out the prawn's taste. Overall, the cost came up to around $70, it is slightly costly judging by the food we ordered.

This cafe serves a wide variety of cheesecake as per the name suggest, among all the different cheesecake, I ordered the peach jelly cheesecake as it had a unique name and wanted to try out the flavor. When the cake came, I put one small piece into my mouth and was surprised by the taste. The jelly contained cheese and the overall taste of the cake was funny and not to my liking. Moreover, the price was expensive with the cakes ranging from around $7-$8 plus.

The overall taste and appearance of the chicken rice set is appealing and tasty. The rice is not as fragrance as per expected and it tasted quite normal. The steamed chicken tasted delicious with a tender texture and juicy flavor which helps to enhance the overall taste when eaten with the rice. The soup is perfect in taste as it is not too bland nor salty, moreover, it is not too oily.
