We were celebrating my birthday this year and we decided to indulge ourself!

First up was the spinning bowl salad! This is definitely a must -try! The most important thing is that there is some sort of performance when they prepare this dish for you! Additionally, they give you a frozen fork to eat the salad with as it adds to the taste apparently! Next was the mushroom soup! I thought i would regret it because it might unnecessarily fill up my stomach! However, the soup was really creamy and rich and you can taste the authenticity of the soup! Finally, the main course of the meal! This was undoubtedly the best steak i've had my entire life. The meat was literally melt in your mouth, and you couldn't stop eating! The Au Jus sauce that came together with it was super tantalising and you'd definitely get hooked to it the moment you start eating it. The bread pudding also goes really well with the sauce! Everyone needs to try this! The service was impeccable as well! Which makes your experience even better!

I was very lucky to have been introduced to this brownie goodness when i was in school. One of the shops in my canteen offered packets of brownies that were produced by Posh. At first, i didn't really think much of it until i tried it, and i never went back since then! Love how chewy it is! We decided to get it for one of our friends for her birthday! And they offer great designs as well!Everyone will be glad to know that an average slice of the brownie costs only about 4 bucks? And this entire huge brownie that we got was about 20 bucks only!! Definitely cheaper than a cake and a good alternative!

I gotta make a case for this heavenly dish man!! Personally, i'm not a fan of ginger! Heck that actually, i hate ginger! However, when i go to Soup Restaurant and get their Samsui chicken, i go absolutely bonkers! It's the only time that i eat ginger! Furthermore, the chicken slices are one of the most tender i have ever seen! This even applies to the breast meat! For those that feel slightly guilty eating it, you might feel slightly better knowing that you're eating it along with some lettuce! but still, definitely a must-try!!

There's been a lot of talk about good ramen in singapore, but with the difference in tastes and preferences, it's quite hard to follow blindly to what others recommend! However, the recommendation to go to santouka ramen @ cuppage was one from a good friend, so i definitely had to try it!!

Without dragging on for much longer, we decided to pay the place a visit, and we were quite glad that we did not have to queue for a seat! I really like the environment @ santouka, because it really feels like i'm in an authentic ramen restaurant! I went for the pork cheek ramen, and i was really rewarded for my choice! Although i burned my tongue, it was definitely worth it. The soup was heavenly, and this is definitely the best ramen i've eaten to date. Furthermore, the pork cheek literally melted in my mouth. I will definitely go back again!

Since young, i've always been a fan of Fish & Co, and will always pester my parents to bring me there on occasions like birthdays etc. I really love the platter they offer because i'm just such a greedy person! Also, with the wide variety that they offer, you really get to settle all your cravings!

When i found out that MFM had a 1-for-1 deal for its platter, i immediately brought my mum to go with me. The flaming prawns along with the garlic mayo that they really made it a good meal!I think the best part of the meal was the calamari! Especially when they were paired with the garlic mayonaise which you can make on your own! The garlic offers a great punch to the entire dish! The other great part of the meal would be the flaming prawns! When sprinkled with the mayonaise which is later torched, it offers a new dimension to the dish which gives it a very flavoursome experience!
