I tried the Strawberry Tofu Cheesecake.

A tofu cheesecake has no content of soy bean in it; it basically gets its name because the cheesecake tastes as soft and light like tofu, yet not losing the flavour of a cheesecake. The jelly layer is refreshing and complements the cake that is made complete with the digestive crust bottom.

I love how they served the cake in a tart pan.
