Finally got about to trying the famed tim ho wan dim sums. After tasting those dim sums, I saw why why were so widely acclaimed. They are amazing! Even though it is pricier than normal dim sums, it's quality makes up for the steep price. A must-have would be the BBQ buns. The BBQ pork is juicy and when eaten piping hot, it just kind of makes it taste so much better. The siew mai was average thogh but I loved the pork ribs and the pork live chee cheong fun. Definitely recommended if you can stand the wait

I just love dim sum! So it would not be surprising that I decided to patronize the famed swee choon dim sum. The dim sums were amazing. I loved their xiao long baos. I found the thickness of the skin to be just right unlike many xiao long baos i have had which are too thick. It is just amazing that the pork and soup just complements each other so well! I also had their famed custard buns. It was so-so as i did not see the wow factor that so many praised. Price wise, it as ok ( what do you expect dim sums to cost) Would recommend for dim-sum lovers

Note to self: Do NOT go to carnivore in large groups! So my 20 odd friends and I went to carnivore as a part farewell gathering. I don't know if the servers are not used to large groups or something, but the servers are so SLOW! so we had to fill up with the buffet inside with is not very satisfactory. The buffet choices are just too limited! However, the actual meat that the servers gave us (when they actually get to us) is really good! pity they they are just too slow. Also when you go in large groups, they tend to get less meat as the servers would serve people in smaller groups as there isn't enough meat to go around (i think). It would be worth it if you go in groups like 2-3 considering the quality of the meat.

Really love the chamamushi here. It is just so smooth and delicious! I ordered 3 of it. A must have dish here . Now onto the highlight of itacho here - the sushi. The sushi here is amazing! Best sushi i have had in a long time! The seafood is so fresh and the rice is complement the salmon so well that it is practically a work of art. Try their salmon sushi! Furthermore, the price is good for its value. A must-go-to place to satisfy your jap food cravings

This is the entrance of the strangers' reunion. love the rustic feel of the place, it is really a great place to go to when you want to chat with a small group of your friends as it exudes a homely feel. One interesting thing here is the menu. They have something called Magic! Which is true considering how beautifully crafted it is- i don't usually take picture of food but seeing the craftsmanship, i broke my rule . It is delicious to boot. Really starting to love this place. Would definitely recommend you guys to check this place out.
