Thai Kway Teow OK Aug 19, 2013

Thai Fried Kway Teow

Thai Fried Kway Teow

The first impression was the place was for chill out desserts.
However, this shop is serving authentic thai food as well.
Like their Thai Fried Kway Teow. It taste like a local char kway trow but it is sweeter.
The serving is just right with a lot of ingredients. The vegetables serving is generous.
It is too oily for my taste. I also ordered barbecue pork. However this is very salty.
Recommended to eat with rice!

Yong Dau Foo

Yong Dau Foo

Yong Dau Foo dry noodles is nice and healthy. It is served with fresh veggies (especially the bitter gourd) and hot noodles. The chili is nice and has a sweet red sauce. You can choose if you want soup or dry noodles. Most of the time there is a long queue in this shop so better go in non-peak hours. It is hot so its better to sit at the side of the coffee shop. The best! My favourite.

Fried rice

Fried rice

The Fried rice is nice, served hot. The prawns inside are quite big. It comes with the chili that is made from Penang kitchen. It has a taste of calamansi and sweetness plus the chili taste. The place is airconditioned and not really packed at all. Usually it is packed around lunch time.

Brownie with Ice cream Smile Jul 20, 2013
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : American | Ice Cream and Gelato

We went to have dessert in Haagen Dazs. We ordered the Macadamia ice cream which is really nice. Not so sweet. It is served on top of a moist hot fudge brownie which suites the macadamia ice cream. You will have some macadamia nuts which makes you chew. The ambiance is nice. No need to queue to get the table. They serve free water and the service is good.

Recommended Dish(es):  Macadamia Ice cream with brownie or waffle
