After a few mouthfuls, the fried oyster arrived and to my first sight, I noticed that the oysters were enormous and same too the aroma of the fried oyster was overwhelming my nose too. So I picked up the flour and egg and had my first bite and "WOW"! The flour and eggs were fried to perfection, the flour was not soggy or too hard, it was crispy and same too the control of fire by the chef was controlled to perfection and oysters were fresh too. I also dipped the fried oysters in the chilli and even best, it took the fried oyster to another higher level. I finished both plates of food and felt a very happy and satisfied man and I can say that this 2 dishes are really "THE ONEs". Really highly recommended to go and eat and it is also worth to patronise again and again. THUMBS UP!
