Ya kun kaya toast is famous for serving traditional singapore breakfast and is popular with everyone, including both the old and the young. They serve many different kinds of toast eg; kaya peanut toast, french toast. I love their butter kaya toast @ $1.80 (2 pieces). The toast is always crispy and warm, with the sweet kaya and butter, its really delicious! Not forgetting the ice blended coffee / mocha which will satisfy coffee lovers!

Lentil burger Smile Feb 03, 2014

Real Food is a grocer, cafe and bookstore all under one roof. Its restaurant provides a great and relaxed ambience whereby you could chill and hang out, had small talk and catch up with your friends while having awesome organic food! Their food are made from scratch hence you may have to wait quite long for the food. However, they have some books and magazines for you to browse through and read them if you are bored!

I had the Lentil (quinoa) Burger @ $ 12.80, it had a handmade patty made from roasted walnuts, mushrooms, quinoa, fresh oregano and green lentils. It is also stacked with lettuce, tomatoes, onions. They also served organic sweet potato wedges! Their burger tasted great and unique however it was a tad dry as there were no sauce to accompany the burger ): The patty did not really had any taste though. On a side note, the sweet potatoes were really nice and sweet!

Overall a great dining experience at this organic vegan restaurant. lol

Coffee Bun Smile Feb 03, 2014

Roti mum is undoubtedly the best coffee bun in singapore. One cannot simply resist the aroma of the coffee buns when you walk past the shop @ Imm. Even if you are a few shops away, the smell is really strong! Personally, i really love coffee hence this coffee bun has always been my favourite. Roti mum has many different flavours such as chocolate, oat buns but their signature bun is the coffee bun lol Although i had tried other flavours, but i still love their coffee bun the most! The buns are usually really fresh from the oven, soft and have butter on the inside.

The coffee bun is priced at $1.30 and there is a promo of buy 5 get 1 free @$6.50 . (Not really sure about the pricing though)

Really recommended for coffee lovers! lollol

Mr Bean is popular with its soya bean drinks and pancakes! For the pancakes, there are limited edition flavours eg; strawberry cheesecake and hazelnut royale. I extremely love the hazelnut royale pancake @ $1.80! lol.The inside of the pancake is moist and filled with molten chocolate which is really rich and chocolately! If you are a chocolate lover, you will definitely love this pancake! lol

Ham cabbage pancake Smile Aug 29, 2013

Ishi Mura is a Japanese food street which sells a wide variety of japanese food. I love Japanese food, and here is a great place for affordable and nice jap food! I ordered a ham cabbage pancake @ $5. It consists of a cabbage base, egg, ham and seaweed. It comes with two dressings, mayonnaise and sweet teriyaki sauce! Although the ingredients are fairly simple, when you eat it all together, it is simply amazing and really nice! Perfect for a meal if you do not wish to have any rice or noodles. Definitely worth a try! lol
