Kin Kin Chilli Pan Mee Smile Jun 08, 2014
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Noodles

The famous chilli pan mian is nice ,we love it so much, i add around 4 teaspoons of chilli for right side effect to reach level 1 spiciness, love the noodles with egg flavour in the mouth, meatballs are normal one, soup is very fragrant (boiled with ikan billis and bian yu), very sweet soup, we love it so much, $5 is worth to eat even though quantity is a bit, but quality thumbs up for the ingredients, should try, the chilli and the noodles capture our hearts with their special chilli, must try if you have not ate it before.

We order their fish curry, chicken curry, cheese curry and their milk tea, naan and rice, first time we try north indian food, they are nice to let us have the cracker snack before our meal, when the dish comes, fish curry tastes a bit sourish and spicy, chicken curry very fragrant and spicy with so much spices, cheese taste rich with coconut milk and curry, milk tea is authentic indian, when we eat the food, we feel that we indeed in India, their rice cost $1 but it is basmati rice, in fact worth to order, naan also very nice , all their curries taste very nice and different spices are used in each, strongly recommended, what we order is a bit too much for two persons as I buy coupon for this restaurant, they have set meals during weekdays too, their food is of high quality and I would like to go back again, we enjoy it very much.

Categories : Cantonese/Hong Kong | Dim Sum

This dish is fried banana with shrimps, one of the nice fried dish i ever have.

i love their salted curtard bun, very tasty too.

My usual fix of har gow, their prawns are very fresh and big.

Dumplings in vinegar sauce, special dish by this restaurant, very nice.

Fried beancurd skin ...ok for me, as i personally prefer steamed one.

We order fried prawn dumplings too, prawns very fresh and nice, carrot cake is quite normal.

Siew mai taste is also so so.

Overall, for high tea, we enjoyed the dish, the ingredients used are very fresh, nice for high tea break on a weekend afternoon, overall dim sum standard not bad. Service good, fried dishes also not bad. I like the cosy environment in this restaurant, drinking tea with dim sum. : )

Got a fulfilling meal at this zhi char restaurant, saw it in tv program-love their white chicken, rice a bit bland (need a bit more pandan leaves), chicken soup $4 per person set with condiments at the side(free flow, love the ginger, chilli and black sauce so much, high quality), hainanese pork chops and potatoes are very old school taste(so nice) $6, strong aromatic coffee $1 each, overall food portion big with quality of chicken very good and tender except the chicken rice flaw (not so fragrant), pork chops good, no gst and service charge, $16 for all. thumbs up.

Recommended Dish(es):  Chicken rice,Hainanese Pork chop,Coffee
