Fried Kway Teow Smile Nov 22, 2013

Categories : Singaporean Chinese | Hawker Centre | Noodles

I went there with the intention of getting Kway Teow at a peak hour and had to get through the long queue but once I had it, I felt it is worth the wait. The fried kway teow was very fragrant and it turned out to be very smooth as well. However, it was a bit oily. Proper amount of black sauce was used for cooking the dish and it was not too sweet. The dish was available at a cost of $3 and it is worth it.

I heard from my friend that food at Kopitiam, which is at Compass point, is really good and started going there very often. It turned out to be one of my favorite places to dine and stop by here.Today I chose to have Fried Fish Soup Noodle. The soup was absolutely delicious and I loved its thick, creamy soup base that appears to be sweet and tasty. The fried fish is bigger in portion and was fresh too. Will come back again smile

I came here to have my lunch and The Pineapple Fried rice looked appealing to me. It was good in taste and the portion served is good enough. The Pineapple fried rice is served along with small bites that turned out to be really tasty. I was also served with a free vegetable soup that was tasty and flavorful as well. Presentation, serving and taste turned out to be good here and I would choose to come back sometime. Costs $3.50.

Prawn Noodle Smile Nov 22, 2013

I got to Food Republic because I had a $5 food voucher that is in the stage of getting expired soon. The Hokkien Prawn Mee was priced at $4.50 and I went for that for my dinner. I was quite surprised with its excellent taste and flavor. There is always a long queue in this place. Food Republic uses Opeh leaf to wrap the Hokkie and it came out to be tasty. The noodle was moist and had the flavor of the prawn broth. It had only 3 pieces of prawn that were well-fried.smile

Domino Pizza Smile Nov 22, 2013
Categories : Italian | Pasta

I made an online delivery order from Domino Pizza recently and I chose to order Hawaiian paradise and the big BBQ. The BBQ was typical with a strong bbq taste made possible by generous amount of the sauce drizzled over the pizza. I found a perfect flavor with each bite. The Hawaiian pizza tasted better than what it appeared to be. The ingredients were found under the cheese layer and it was made of classic hand toasted crust. Costs 22 SGD for 2 pizzas and there are no extra delivery charges applicable.shocked
