Fried rice with sunny egg Smile Nov 20, 2013

Categories : Chinese | Food Court | Hotel | Chinese Soup

Having tried fried rice with sunny egg, I was really happy with the taste of the food. It was presented well and I was served some sauce along with it. The sunny egg over the fried rice was made perfectly. The fried rice had some right mix of tasty vegetables and the rice turned out to be soft and flavorful as well. The serving members were nice and friendly. They also offer fish soup and Zhi char.

Char Siew Polo Bun Smile Nov 20, 2013
Categories : Bakery

Crystal Jade My Bread is my new favorite bakery as it offers variety and taste. They offer a lot of Chinese style pastries that are rare to be seen anywhere else. The Char Siew Polo Bun is perfect in every way. I love the char siew filled Chinese pie which is quite delicious. The pastry is so soft that it crumbles at the slightest pressure and breaks to reveal the most deliciously savory char siew filling. It is perfect blend of sweet and salt taste.

Fried Crab Stick OK Nov 20, 2013
Categories : Vegetarian

I tried Happy Crispy Veg in Rivervale Plaza newly open. Bought their crab stick for dinner, I found some good amount of bean sprouts, carrot strips along with crab stick and it was mixed perfectly. I found it to be cold at the first bite but the outer portion was crispy and the inner portion was fluffy. It had a nice taste but it is not a healthy food. Overall taste is good but a bit oily.

Yong Tau Foo  Smile Nov 20, 2013

Categories : Food Court | Halal

Yong Tau Foo from Lim’s Yong Tau Foo at AMK hub was perfect. They serve great tasting soups here. It is a special stall and all the soups found here come with sesame topping. It adds a great deal of flavor and taste to the soup, thereby making it delicious. They also offer some great tasting broths like curry and tom yum for customers who want to have some spice to their food.

Fried Bee Hon Mee OK Nov 20, 2013
Categories : Indonesian | Restaurant | Halal | Rice

I wanted to have my breakfast for my work went to Chumpo restaurant in Rivervale Plaza. It is a Halal restaurant that offers breakfast options like toast set, nasi Padang, chicken rice and much more. I went for their less priced Fried Bee Hon Mee noodle. It costs $2. The lady’s finger served appeared to be old. The noodle was fine but a bit oily. Next time will try out others food. Anyway the service crew was quite friendly.
