Anyway from the lower left of the picture above, you can ser that some of the ingredients are overcooked. Instead of golden brown they hover more towards the dark brown nature . Anyway luckily its not chao ta (burnt) or else its really inedible. The salted egg yolk like abit chewy which is not what i am used to eating.
The curry is awesome. Made up for the other imperfections of the yong tau foo. The stall also has maggie noodles as one of the alternatives. I am so going to try it next time!
