My friend and I benefited from the 1-for-1 Gelato promotion. I got the Mao Shan Wang Durian flavour (I love durian!) and yes... The gelato is one of the best durian ice creams/ gelatos I've tasted. Very rich, a little creamy, all perfection. A healthier alternative to Four Season's Durian Ice Cream, I guess. Both icy treats are comparable.

I like Red Velvets a lot but this RV is just disappointing. Firstly, the cream cheese has a sticky texture to eat. I decided to remove the frosting from the cake and guess what? I managed to remove the frosting as a whole without damaging the swirl, unlike what it should be like. The cake is dry too. Don't bother getting this.Coffee cupcake that wasn't outstanding. Even though the frosting was kind of nice, the cake was dry.Cookies and cream cupcake. As usual, cake is dry and frosting is just so-so. Don't waste your calories on this.

If you are a die-hard durian fan, you will like the products sold by Four Seasons Durians!Mao Shan Wang Ice Cream! At $3 per cup, it's really affordable considering they use real Mao Shan Wang durian! The durian flavour is obviously there (shiok!), texture was consistent, very comforting to eat on a hot sunny day. This is a must-get!Got some durian puffs too! The durian filling inside was fresh and delish, but the puff pastry could be done better.

If you like Vietnamese food like me, do make sure to visit Nam Nam! Authentic Vietnamese cuisine in an air-conditioned dining environment, what's not to like?First, we were served the Salad of crunchy pickled vegetables, fish cake, pork belly and peanuts. Enjoyed this a lot! This was very appetite-whetting, and I like the combination of the ingredients in this salad. I like coffee, but I didn't take more than 6 sips of this. Kind of diluted.Beef Steak Pho! Beef Steak was served medium rare, it will cook by itself because of the heat from the soup. Portion was huge, ingredients used were fresh. The broth was done pretty well too. Liked this a lot!Don't bother getting this. The sauce tastes exactly like the KFC Korean Craze chicken sauce, which isn't a good thing. Besides, they took a long time to serve us this. We had to remind the wait staff 2 times about our order. Overpriced too.

Tried this amazing fried carrot cake at the Food Expo! This is, definitely, by far the best fried carrot cake I've tasted so far. They are very innovative too, they have about 10 different fried carrot cake flavours (flavoured using seasoning powder). My friend and I got the Nori Seaweed Flavoured Fried Carrot Cake. First bite into it, I was blown away by the fragrance. The egg in it enhanced the flavour, bringing the carrot cake to the next level (really, it's very delicious!). On the downside though, flavour of the nori seaweed wasn't really present. Otherwise, this is perfect!
