We have eaten their snow ice at their other outlet. So we decided to go for their non ice dessert this time round.

This is what we tried.

Gingko barley barely has any barley in it! shocked( $3!!!)

Quite disappointing but the dessert it self was okay.. not too sweet. Orh nee was a tad sweet for us . Gingko has a bitter taste to them..they did not remove the center bitter portion.

I guess they are still good for the snow ice dessert.. don't go for the hot dessert unless u want to be disappointed.

There were only less than 15 people in the shop when we were there. It was also a little warm, not sure what's wrong with the air-con.

I like the beancurd, it's smooth and not overly sweet. Goes well with the q q chin chow. The red beans, mung beans and peanuts serving was okay.. didnt quite like the yam though..could have been better smile But for $2 it's a steal!

of coz I share this with my family members.. I am not too sure if we can add more of the red beans etc for some money. Would be nice if we can do that smile

We love coming to this hawker center for breakfast and meals. It is near our place and there are many stalls that serve good hawker food at an affordable price .

Just like any other mornings, we drove to the hawker center and went around looking for food .

Husband ordered this delicious looking bowl of lor mee that comes with fried fish and other items such as egg and meat! It was truly value for money at $2.50!

He told the hawker to add a bit more vinegar but to our chagrin it was a mistake! The noodles could have already have had alot of vinegar to start with.. coz the smell of vinegar was overpowering! It was like eating vinegar noodles ..

We will still go back for this but without the vinegar! tongue

What can I say about Astons? It is definitely value for money, and it attracts alot of youngsters during meal times smile This particular outlet never fails to see a queue forming during peak hours. But it may just mean that they are short handed on the staff and can't sit till full capacity if they allow everyone to come in tongue

Anyway, we just wanted a simple cheap western meal so here we are!

We ordered a pork chop set as well as a lemon lime chicken set.

This is the lemon lime chicken..nothing really special just that they gave a slice of lemon (not seen here, on the side of the plate) to squeeze on the chicken. Sauce is a bit sweet.. Love the sides..very generous serving.

My husband's pork chop set. Pork chop was full of bones. Not worth ordering this as he was still not full after eating.

Lenas is a part of the MOF group. We decided to eat there because there was a pizza promo going on. Order a large pizza and get a smaller one free.

Here's the big pizza. It was thin crust but it felt very home made. Taste wise was okay.

This is the free pizza, it is quite okay. But they served it on a very big wooden platter which took up a lot of space on our table.

Ordered wedges too. Nothing special about it.

Last on the table- pancakes! The banana was not very ripe and does not go well with the ice cream and pancake sadly.

If not for my MOF card, I probably wouldn't go Lenas tongue

Service was quite slow at this new outlet.
