Wanton Mee OK Mar 05, 2011

Categories : Hawker Centre | Noodles

Was meeting a group of friends for lunch and we decided to try Chomp Chomp's wanton mee! Their noodles are fresh and springy and the wantons were warm and yummy. The char siew however was a little tough to me. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the meal with their chili sauce and a separate bowl of soup.

Bread Shop Smile Mar 05, 2011

Categories : Bakery

This shop is very crowded in the mornings and afternoons! Flooded with students and office people who wants to grab a quick bite. I dropped by this outlet to grab a tuna bun. Their bun is originally sweet and together with the tuna fillings, it was very delicious. I would love to try their other flavors some time soon.

Aunties 'bread-fast' OK Mar 05, 2011

Categories : Bakery | Halal

Bread from this outlet is reasonable and good. My aunty bought me a pack of red-bean buns that costs about $1.50 if I didn't remember wrongly. The filling was too sweet for me though. This outlet is more popular among aunties in the mornings and evenings. More of residents who live around the area that buy their bread. Overall, its okay in taste.

Bakery at LayGek OK Mar 05, 2011

Categories : Bakery | Halal

This outlet is quite quiet in the morning. Probably due to the location thats not so centralized. Theres more of people working around the area that buy bread during peak hours. Quite a lot of uncles and aunties as well. Their custard bread is nice and soft. Good thing the filling tastes not too sweet and the bread is fresh as always. Nice.

Was waiting for a friend around Choa Chu Kang and haven't had breakfast so I decided to buy some bread from the bakery. Swee Heng Bakery has been around for years and I have always enjoyed the many variety of breads offered. I bought a mexican choco which was very fresh. Just baked from the oven, the combination of chocolate chips and coffee flavor was simply delicious. Great.
