Birthday Cake Smile Dec 25, 2010

Attended a friend's birthday party during that month and tried his cake.

On first look, the cake stands out from other fruit cakes as it is very nicely designed. The fruit toppings on the cake is enough to melt your heart.

On first bite, the cake melts in your mouth, with the fruit flavouring bursting inside. Very good combination. The fruits used were fresh, and sweet! It was so good that I wanted another piece and it was then I realised the cake was from the well known and trustworthy Prima Deli.

Preorder your cake there and you will find it worth your money.

Located at the HDB Hub, Breadtalk Toa Payoh is a stone throw away from the bus interchange or the MRT station.

With a wide range of cakes to choose from, getting birthday cakes last minute is not an issue. You can always rely on breadtalk to provide you with cakes when you need it.

Bought the chocolate macaroon cake for my sister's birthday.
Price wise was okay, but is getting more and more expensive these days.
Quality, Cake texture was nice, however a little too sweet for my liking.

Heard of Goodwood Park Hotel's famous durian buffet? Then you must not miss it when the durian season is here next year!

The buffet has quite a range of durain products ranging from durian puffs to Durian cakes, Durian moose, and crepes. You will have to go down and try it yourself. Definitely worth the money if you are a durian lover.

Tucked in the coffee lounge inside Goodwood Park Hotel, you can enjoy a walk around the hotel during the visit too.

This was another one of the many nights out one can have with the guys, without the company of girls. Met up with some of my buddies at Timbre Arts House for some drinks, catching up and enjoying the music from the live band.

What's good about the place is that its very suitable for group gatherings and it is value for money.

One of the must trys in the place is the Duck Pizza. Thumbs up for the delicious duck meat and the thin crust. I'm sure you will fall in love with it upon trying.

Beers are the usual where you can find on most menus at most pubs, shall not elaborate more.

Citibank clear card members will get 15% off their total bill. How cool is that!
