Hot Pot  OK Apr 25, 2012

Categories : Japanese | Restaurant | Seafood

This Japanese restaurant looks really nice with their simple furnishes which looks like Japan's furniture. It is really spacious but do be awared that it is really cold in this restaurant. Tried their hot pot, which suppose to be their well-known dish here. The soup base is rather bland and you could not really decide whether is this a vegetable soup base or meat bone boiled soup base. Glad that the cabbages, carrots, sliced pork belly and mushrooms are really fresh. However the end product of it after you pour in everything in the hotpot is really plain and not much flavour as well. Moreover, the price is rather high as well.

These chicken feets selling at this shop is really glossy, soft and juicy. One of the best thing about this chicken feets is that they are boneless so is easy to eat without having to take a longer time to enjoy this dish. The thai chilli sauce used as the gravy is the usual sauce which you can get from the supermarkets, however maybe some sesame oils are used in this dish to make it more fragrant. Portion should be consider alright as at only three dollars and thirty cents per place and it is boneless, it is still worth your money to give it a try.

hot custard OK Apr 25, 2012

This hot custard dessert looks pretty small in portion but the taste is quite special and memorable. Lots of creamy not too sweet custard is in the center of this dessert. On top of it is a really light fluffy egg white that can almost melt in your mouths during every mouthful of it. It is served to you really hot so do be careful with the bowl that served to you. Environment here is really nice and stylist, best for those looking for an ideal venue for a relaxing tea-break or for those who may want to have a simple business discussion.

Mango Mousse Cake OK Apr 25, 2012

I have bought it during a gathering with my ex-classmates. The butter sponge cake is really light and not too oily. Love the lightly icing sugar spreaded on the cake which make the design nice and sweet. The mango flavour is not really strong and there are actually no sliced mango used on this mousse cake. The slice is not really big, which makes this piece of cake quite expensive. Forturnately the environment of this cafe is spacious and cooling, a relaxing place to have long chats with friends.

Fried Squids OK Apr 25, 2012

Categories : Japanese | Ramen | Kids-Friendly

The deep fried squids here is really crispy and juicy. The texture is really chewy and you will be surprise on how tasty this deep fried squids is. The batter used to dip on it before deep frying is slightly fluffy and not too thick. The mayonise sauce that has been spread on it taste refreshing, quite creamy and sweet. Although the presentation looks simple, but it certainly taste great!
