At 80 cents only, its probably one of the cheaper peanut pancake being offered, even at hawker centre. I like that it is prepared on the spot, it is probably not advisable to eat it immediately as its super hot. This pancake is made with the thinner skin type but filled with peanut a plenty. Sugar is also added to enhanced the taste. It had so much peanut that I could even scoop the remaining using a spoon. Though not the crunchy type, it was a great post-main course snack for me. It would be great to melt a cheese in it though

Offering a variety of noodles from ban mian to mee hoon kway to macroni to yee mee, Kim's options are various. There also the different fish tuype displayed on the stall front and also some of the other non standard vege is available on request like bittergourd. i ordered the 煲仔面which cost $3 because i added one egg. It came with the thinner kind of yee mee with fried fish meat. Only a few anchovies are given. Standard bowl is $2.50. Tastewise, i would say its just average though based on the soup and presentation. They actually offered some fried pig lard as add on but was disappointed as it was not crispy (more like lao hong). But still thumbs up for its inexpensive prices.

$5 for the orh neng, oyster egg. Loved it that it was fried on the spot. Saw that the owner used 2 eggs, mixed it with the oyster omelette flour mixture , added around 8 oyster and fried on a flat wok pan. not a bad eat but i remember bedok 85 did offer something with more punch actually. But glad the oyster was not foul smelling like what some stalls offer. This stall also sells oyster omelette and carrot cake. There are 2 or 3 more similar stalls selling the same item but this one's always with lesser queue, still ok to me in terms of quality.

a rare day where uncle decided to start business early. Usually at 815am its unlikely he will start serving as he's still busy cutting up fruits for preparation. Was observing this fruit juice stall from my table and realize it actually sells quite a variety of items other than the juices. Bananas, rambutans and mangosteens were all hanging by the bunch just below the signage. There were also faked mangoes, durians and starfruit hanging there as well, should be more for decorative purpose.

Anyway my cup of orange apple fruit juice cost $3, though a bit more expensive, it doesn't contain as much ice as others.

Having lunch alone so chose to have some nice steak at reasonable prices, Aston's always comes to mind Ordered the sirloin steak with garden vege and pasta. It was lunch time but the place was not entirely crowded so was quite disappointed that my food took 25min to arrive. One thing to note is they charge 30cents for plain water. The steam as usual was well cooked but it makes me miss my new york strip instead.
