Don't really like this place Cry Jul 26, 2012

Categories : Korean | Restaurant | BBQ | Buffet | Kids-Friendly

was very surprised that there are lot of people .

Very cramp place no place to put the cutlery properly as the table is small and in the middle is the gas metal cooker.

The BBQ smoke flying into the eyes and do not take the room causing me and my wife to tear very poor ventilation.

The marinating sauce for the food is all sweet and not having the authenticate Korean flavor . All accept the Ginseng chicken soup and the Kim chi .

The prawn is not fresh no more sweetness .

I would not recommend to anyone .

$20 for a fish head steamboat for 2 was more than enough for me and my wife . So many seats and never thought of having a zhi char store at such a place.

Very impressed with the idea to fully make use of the place as night time will have no one hanging around

The ingredients are fresh and the soup was sweet .

The only thing have to go early otherwise need to wait till neck long long .

Have tried others but i will definitely recommend for a worthwhile budgeted meal.

Nice Thai lunch in the Serangoon  Smile Nov 24, 2014

The place does not have any air con but it does not lack the feeling of eating Thailand with the Thai music playing. The restaurant offers set meals at $6.90. i took the Pineapple fried rice with ice lemon tea and a small bowl of red Tom Yum soup. It was a huge serving and was informed that i cannot pack it due to the discount given. Tom Yum soup was offers the shiok feeling , really sour and hot - help to bring up the appetite.

I would recommend to visit this place

Disappointed  Cry Aug 14, 2013

Categories : Australian / New Zealand | Steaks and Grills

I decided to bring my wife to Outback for dinner prior to watching a superb performance of Phantom of the Opera. We were both so disappointed with our main dish.

My order of 11oz steak was so dry and tough, I had difficulty cutting through the piece of meat. The baked potato and rice were the only tasty items on this plate.

Caesar salad was fresh with crunchy croutons. This was the only dish we enjoyed.

My wife loves salmon but this piece of grilled salmon was so dry. She left the veggies untouched as they were still raw and hard. 2 pieces of bones were found in the salmon. sad

We had to ask for cutlery too, as our orders came but no cutlery on the table. $85 for 2 pax for unpleasant meal >> not worth at all.

Favorite Yang Tau Foo Smile Jul 11, 2013

Categories : Hawker Centre

Yum yum! This is my favourite with the yellow beans and ikan bilis, there is so much flavour. There is always queue and trust me the soup and the chillis are shiok! So much ingredients to choose from and there are special ones that you cannot find somewhere else. I have been always puzzled by why they do not sell kway teow. The best combination to eat is with Bee Hoon soup as the flavour soaked into the Bee Hoon.

I will always recommend this store!!!
