Nice clear soup Smile Jul 11, 2013

Categories : Hawker Centre

Normally, this store would have a queue. So happened when I reached there no one is was queuing at the moment. Compared to the stores that I have eaten at, the soups have been very oily but this one is not. It is relative cheap too. 2 person at $7.80 compared to the others will be charging a minimum of at least $8.00 and above. The kway chap portion is just nice not too little and although the chilli is not the best. It was does not give me the jelat feeling after eating.

My wife and I simply love this stall's beef noodles. The soup is clear, tasty and I believe its without MSG as we do not get thirsty after finishing every single drop of soup in our bowls. I endjoyed my meal so much that I only remembered to stop and take pic after eating half of the stuff in my bowl LOL.... The texture of the beef is forever so yummy and standard till date, never fail to WOW our taste buds. The time spent in the Q is definitely worth it! This is our favourite beef noodles stall...

Long queue on a Sunday afternoon. Waited half an hour for our turn and finally sat down to enjoy our meal. Ordered fish head bee boon. The fish head is very fresh and the soup tasty (definitely without MSG). Superb value for this meal. Nevertheless must come early due to the queue and this shop closes early. At times, we reached Changi Village around 5pm and it is already closed for the day.

My wife and I have frequented this restaurant many times. The service and food quality till date, has not disappointed us. The sushi is fresh, the vinegar in sushi rice is just right and simply love the fresh sweet salmon... Many choices of bento set meals available... definitely balanced meal. The waiter attended to our order promptly and we did not wait very long for our orders to arrive although it was a PH that day. Waiter also topped up our glasses of ice green tea efficiently. Thumbs up!

Categories : Hawker Centre | Seafood

i walked past the Feng Shan block 85 hawker centre and saw this stall selling zhi Cha style. Was surprised to see this Asam fish head which never seen before as normally it will be in small fish pieces . So i gave it a try and their service will quite fast and the fish head was cooked by steaming and the Asam sauce with egg plant and lady finger was being spread on top of it .

the sauce had the nice sour taste. Costing at $20 for a medium one , cheap cheap one
