Not just steamboat Smile Mar 24, 2012

Tried their porridge buffet and loved it.
So here I am to try their steamboat buffet!

Weekday dinner price: $25.80 nett
Weekend dinner price: $26.80 nett

With great service and fresh food smile
Two types of soup base: herbal chicken and Tom yum (comes in personal pot)

The personal pot buffet idea is good for people who might be having some flu and cough and do not like to share their soup, or you could order the same soup but adjust to your personal liking such as adding more chilli for people who love really spicy food like me!

Although the variety of food is limited but their seafood are really fresh smile
They have simple yong tau foo ingredients, vegetables, meat, and seafood.

They also have station for you to have your seafood cooked in tomato sauce smile It tastes great!
They also have pasta, chicken rice, plain rice and we tried their chicken rice, it was really fragrant smile

They also have stations for cooked food - Rojak, Laksa, Popiah, and Roasted Meat (Chicken and sausages)
At these station, you could have your food at your request, like what are the ingredients you want more, or you do not want to have. I love their rojak and popiah! If only my stomach allows more!
It's a great place to bring your friend who just came to Singapore smile

Lastly, there's a dessert section. Though I do not really like their pudding and cakes, but their ice cream and fruits were nice smile

A place worth the price smile fresh food, nice soup, great cooked dishes!

Hokkaido Ramen OK Mar 27, 2011

Categories : Japanese | Ramen

Have tried the 3 different Ramen Restaurants at Plaza Sing's Tokyo Walk.
This restaurant's ramen and side dishes tasted ok, nothing amazing.

But if you love springy noodles, try this Hokkaido Ramen.
If you love chicken bone, try their fried chicken bone.
If you love shoyu tastes, you may try their red miso ramen.
If you love onions, they have lots in the soup (so if you dun, pls remember to tell them that you do not want any ^^)
The price is about the price of Ajisen Ramen smile

another bubble tea review of mine smile
Bubble tea in school is cheaper!
Another thing I like about each a cup is, you can choose either jelly or pearls without having to pay extra for jelly smile

If you love milk tea, their milk tea is thick and smooth.
If you love green tea, try it with jelly.
If you love red tea, a variety of choices for you to choose from.
If you love smoothie, try their peach smoothie.
If you want to try something different, try their loverfruit smoothie/green tea/red tea/ milk tea!
If you are hungry, try Hot dog bun with egg
If you are craving for waffle, try their fluffy waffle!

sizzling rice and pasta! Smile Mar 09, 2011

Categories : Japanese | Food Court | Steaks and Grills

Since the day I was introduced to Pepper Lunch, I fell in love with it lol
I am not a person who loves rice, but Pepper Lunch makes me finish my rice!
Shocked my friends too when we were there.
and another reason why I brought my friend there is because she claimed that pepper lunch is not nice with small serving (that's cause she ate at Pepper Lunch Express), but after that day, she agreed that pepper lunch is awesome!

If you love pasta, they have pasta too, but I would still recommend rice.
As a noodles and pasta lover, I think that their pasta is not as satisfying as the rice.
The fragrant rice with sauce of your choice!
Love their cheese that melts in the rice!
Love their salad with crunchy vegetables and sweet little corns.
Love their soft and smooth ice cream available in sesame, green tea, choconut and caramel flavour.

Try it when you are in town, near Isetan!!

*But I would not recommend Pepper lunch express as the serving is smaller and does not taste as good.
