it taste so different from the malay's curry! It is sweet instead of spicy and the carrot and potato make it even sweeter. I think it is not bad for people who could not take too spicy food
The only nice thing is the soup. The rice is too soft and wet and not stirred well. I felt really dissappointed because it used to taste quite nice just that sometimes a bit salty and oily...but this time is totally out of standard. I would not recommend this if you are expecting something satisfying because they do not have constant quality of the food. 
The syrup is quite nice with the coconut milk that must be added in to make ice kacang. However, the self-made one still not that nice as compared to the outside, haha...Too pity that I only took this picture rather than the hot pot because I were too busy of enjoying cooking the meal!
