KFC Breakfast Smile Jul 13, 2011
Categories : Fast Food

Wanted to have a change for breakfast and my little girl wanted to eat pancake, so decided to go for KFC this round. To my surprise, the breakfast was really nice. The porridge was similar to those sold at hawker centre. The taste was not too bland and you would not feel thirsty after eating. I love their honey biscuit , which was filled with buttery taste when serve hot. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at KFC.

2 piece chicken set Smile Jul 04, 2011

I remember they used to be very 'stingy' over their disposible knife many years back. I always need to ask from the counter as they only give forks for customers back then. But recent years the service seem to have improved. The standard of the food remain to be good after so many years and so does the size of the chicken fillets. It seem rather small to fill the stomach so I would normally go for it in between meals. I also like that they actually added some fried battered at the side to go along with the meal. Crispy and yummy.

butter and coconut bun Smile Jul 04, 2011

Categories : Bakery

The queue was extremely long when I passed by on a saturday morning. Most of the people are rushing to get the hot buns that were just out from the oven. I preferred their buns over their pie which was supposed to be quite famous. Two of which that I like most are the butter bun and the coconut bun. They have a rich buttery taste. Both of this buns will be out of stock by late noon, and those old customers will normally call to reserve. So be early!

strawberry ice blended Smile Jul 04, 2011

It was really shiok to drink this on a hot sunny day and it only cost 2.50. It came in a medium sized cup that we get from fast food centre and a selection of one scoop of ice cream of your choice. I chose strawberry ice cream with the strawberry ice blended, the taste of strawberry was strong and milk taste was rich. Really worth the money.

Fathers' Day Dim Sum  Smile Jun 29, 2011
Categories : Cantonese/Hong Kong

II find that the dim sum buffet was worth the price as they even serve double boiled soup and peking duck. The dim sum was of quite good standard , and i like their sweet and sour fish. It taste nice even after it turn cold. My uncle really love the double boiled soup which he took another serving after taking his ice cream. Some of the dim sum was served in trolley and the staff moved around from table to table. Very much similar to what we see in Hong Kong. For less than 30 per person, I felt it was worth the money for the wide varieties in food.
