Cheap Steamboat  OK Jan 08, 2013
Categories : Steamboat/Hot Pot

My groups of friends and I love having BBQ and Steamboat. Almost every weekend we will organize either BBQ or Steamboat. So the best place located near our area is this Steamboat place located at bukit timah. It so near to everyone's place and it really not very expensive if you can eat a lot.
It's a buffet kind of Steamboat and BBQ. You can order as much as you like. The portion they serve for each Steamboat item is very small. so you won't really waste a lot of food. you can order as much as you like, as long as you don't waste food.
Their normal Steamboat dishes are not bad but i dun think their seafood are fresh. Currently non of the Steamboat place i go to serve good and fresh seafood so i guess you can't blame them as well. What i like most about this place is that you get to BBQ not only just steamboat. Usually you will smell very bad after you have BBQ or steamboat that is why it is important to look for the right location that is near your place.

Happy Lunch :))  OK Jan 08, 2013
Categories : Cantonese/Hong Kong | Porridge/Congee | Dim Sum | Noodles

Decided to join my friends for a good lunch today. Ended up at Imperial Treasure for a very expensive lunch. We order half a roasted duck, a plate of salted bean curd, prawn noodles, prawn congee, beef noodle, chicken soup noodle and some dim sum. A very very full lunch we had. I like the dim sum a lot. Loved the roasted pork pastry best, the sweetness of the pastry was great and tasy, it just makes you want to have more. The prawns are really very fresh but i did not really like the prawn noodles. I did not really like tofu or bean curd so i didn't enjoy the salted bean curb a lot. The roasted duck was great too. the crispy skin and sweetness of the duck was delicious. The duck meat was really tender and juicy.
If you want to pamper yourself and want to have a good lunch then you must go and try their roasted duck and Roasted pork pastry.

Chawamushi  OK Dec 31, 2012
Categories : Japanese | Sushi/Sashimi | Kids-Friendly

I love Japanese food and i love dining at Sakae Sushi. I love Sakae Sushi because they serve the best Chawamushi ever. The smoothness of these dish is really delicious and tasty, not much words can describe these wonder dish. The rest of their food are ok only. I find that most of the time the food they serve are not very fresh. Their seaweed are soft and soggy which i find that is really bad. As a japanese restaurant sushi is really very important and if you cant serve good sushi then how can you open a japanese restaurant.

I have a sweet tooth and i always crave for dessert and sweet stuff.
I find that Donut factory donuts are a little too expensive but still i can't help it but always have a very strong craving for donut factory donuts.
I love their chocolate donuts and hazelnut donuts i can have them for any meal of the day.
I always travel and find where is the nearest donut factory outlet so that i can buy donut home for the whole family for breakfast.
Even my son love donut factory donuts. Their donuts are really soft and not too sweet. you can never get sick of having donuts from donut factory.

Bubble tea  OK Dec 31, 2012
Categories : Taiwanese | Bubble Tea/ Tea

I have always wonder why are so many people willing to spent their time queuing for bubble tea.
Whenever i walk pass a KOI Cafe there are always so many people queuing. When my friend offer to buy us KOI Bubble tea 1 day i decided to give it a try... I ordered a Honey Green Tea with Pearl as they do not serve any ice blended drink...
After giving KOI bubble tea a try i find that it is the same as any other bubble tea that i have tried before, Really not much different. Maybe they should have Ice blended fruits in their menu this may i maybe their fans.
But over all KOI bubble tea is not bad just that maybe the price is a bit too expensive.
If i happen to have the spare cash and their is no other choice left then maybe i give buy but for sure i will not queue for a bubble tea that has such a long queue.
