When we mention pizza hut, most people will immediately think about pizza.

However, recently, pizza hut has introduced a whole new list of food items in its menu.
Instead of just eating pizza, you can have a wider range of food items to choose from.

Boonlay's pizzahut is relatively quiet compared to other outlets.

I ordered the student meal ( curry zazzle baked rice) and was delighted with it.
The curry gravy was rich and thick and spicy but not too hot.

Me and my friends also ordered two side dishes (chicken drumlets and icecream brownie)

Overall, we spent about $10 per person inclusive of gst and service charge.

I passed by Yoshinoya at Hougang St 21 recently. As it happens to be near my house, i frequently visit this branch.

There is an ongoing promotion at Yoshinoya which allows student to order a main dish and drinks at just $5.

They offer 3 choices for the main course. Beef bowl, salmon rice bowl, and chicken rice bowl.

I ordered the student meal beef bowl and i was rather pleased with my choice.
The beef was juicy and in just the right portions for a student.

Theres another option to top up your meal with a side dish for an additional $1. Overall, it was quite worth the $5 bucks.

I happened to pass by West Coast Plaza a few days ago with my friends. We saw a cossy looking ice cream shop and decided to give it a try !

As they had a student promotion, we ordered quite a few flavors.

We loved the range of ice-cream available and the taste of ice-cream at Juz Ice Cream is definitely different from other brands.

My favorite flavor was the Durian flavored Ice Cream, which is a must try for all durian lovers out there!

As a student and an Ice cream lover, i would love to recommend Juz Ice Cream to my friends! (:

I went to Astons Specialities at KC Square Mall to eat recently with a group of friends.

The food, ambience and service are all great. I love the fact that they allow you to choose 2 side dishes together with the main course unlike many other western food outlets, which would usually serve a fixed type of side dish.

I ordered Grilled Chicken with onion rings and potato salad and it was delicious! The chicken was tender and juicy and the sauce had a right tinge of saltiness.

Would definitely return to aston again to eat (:

Few weeks ago i had a class outing. As it ended really late we could not decide on a place to have our dinner, so we walked around Bugis area on a search for a suitable dinning location that could accommodate all of us.

We came across Thye Hong Casual Cafe and found the price to be quite reasonable.

The buffet costs $17 per person and it includes drinks and a wide range of meat and seafood including scallops, crabs prawns fish, and many more! The seafood was quite fresh and well worth the money!

We were amazed by the range of food to choose from and were very pleased with the overall experience at Thye Hong steamboat.

If given a chance, i would chose to go back there for another class gathering !
