One time visit only Cry Oct 21, 2012

It's a ramen place but I could make myself ramen at home so why not try something else on the menu. So we ordered Pork Katsu Don and Spider Roll. The Pork Katsu Don was bland and the rice was not steamy and sticky like the Japanese rice. It came with the miso soup which was okay. The soft shell crab in the spider roll was not fresh. It was deep fried a while ago. The Happy Green Tea was not too bad. Service was okay; not very welcoming. Overall experience was not pleasant and therefore, will not go there again. sad

Yummy Tuesday OK Jun 02, 2013

Tuesdays are good days to go to Manhatten Fish Market. For $10.99, you get an entree of grilled dory on a bed of herb rice with broccoli and carrots on the side. The meal comes with soup of the day (cream of mushroom os delicious) and a drink. Did I mention their sauce? It's spicy and sour - perfect dip for the fish. It's healthy; delicious and affordable food choice.

Not a bad Thai restaurant  OK Jun 02, 2013

This is not a bad Thai chain restaurant. Recently, we had tried their 7 course lunch set. The appetizer fish chips were stale. Tom yum soup was hot and delicious with a big chunk of fish. Fish cake was yummy; green leave wrapped chicken was also delicious; deep fried veggie and the bamboo shoots were so so. The main course green curry was delicious. I asked to make it mild and they did. watermelon was not cold though. Overall, it's not bad.

Very nice place for dim sum Smile Jun 08, 2013

It's a very nice dim sum restaurant. It was elegantly decorated with beautiful chandeliers. Tableware too with modern Chinese dining set. Of course, the food was not cheap. A seabass porridge costs $13; har gow $8 and steamed scallop rice rolls $8. They were made to order and they were yummy. Service was very good - best of all the Crystal Jade restaurants. It was a pleasant dining experience.

Not bad Italian fine dining Smile Jun 06, 2013

Categories : Italian

We used the Groupon to go to this Italian fine dining in ION Orchard. We spent $40 on Groupon and we can enjoy $80 food - drinks are excluded. For starter, we ordered the soup of the day - cream of mushroom - quite tasty. For main course, we ordered Carbonara and Chicken pineapple pizza. Carbonara was creamy delicious and the pizza was not too bad. Always looking for the wildfire grill dough. for dessert, chocolate fondant was recommended - chocolate lava was oozing out of the chocolate cake with Bailey gelato; raspberry and strawberry on the side.

Spending per head: Approximately $30(Dinner)
