Keen to make your own food? Perhaps you can try this, Good Chance Popiah was strategically located at Outram area. Creative and fun experience to make our popiah from a pipping hot claypot served, it was a well-known classic Chinese Eatery since year 1970-an. Homely recipe passed one generation by one generation, the quality still remained excellent. Queue was always there, thus reservation is recommended to avoid time-wasting.
Finger Bite
Popiah skin was resilient enough to hold moistly shredded turnip, little salty and little starchy. The beauty of DIY was I able to control the amount of ingredients according to my preference, fantastic. Mixed around with dried shrimps, the taste was juicy fragrant indeed. Lots of roasted crunch peanuts were added to enhance the texture, please make sure everything in right portion. Priced at $18 for six skins, the pot definitely provided sufficient fillings to stuff each piece of Popiah. Homemade goodness in each roll, they are healthy and simply delicious. Relatively appetizing heritage dish, we were all being stuffed to the brim although only eating Popiah. Open-concept beer bar cum casual restaurant, Sque Rotisserie & Alehouse was an idea initiated from ‘skewers’ and highlighted extensive choices of bottled beers hailing from all over the world. Spacious seating area, décor was with the rustic stylish furnishing. Atmosphere was relaxing with attentive service, very pleasant enjoyment to dine here. Everyday has different promotion, good deal always. Fish Finger, Calamari, Prawn Tempura, Tartar Sauce, Classic French Fries were accomplished the dish, sinful yet crispy delicious Spring Platter. Presented pretty in front of us, it was fantastic to accompany beer. Freshly Seafood given and deep-fried until golden brown, batter was light without greasy feeling. French Fries were thickly cut, crunchy as well as bite-able. Price was slightly steep, yet we were willing to pay it because of environment. How can we left out Beer, pure bitterness was delighting so much. Daily promotion was available, buy one get another one for free. Happy hour was from 11.30AM to 7.00PM and 9.00PM to 11.00PM. Refreshed as drinking beer, it was a wonderful memory to have a chatting session over there. Recommended Dish(es):

Cotemporary modern French dining to stylish new peak, Prelude Boathouse was a spacious fine dining restaurant at Raffles Place area. There was Christmas atmosphere everywhere, happy and joyful season to celebrate.
The Signboard
First time being here, luxury furnishing was inspiring. Quite a number of tables were displaying “Reserved” plate, it was a lovely corner for occasion. Generally peaceful, warm lightning was appealing. Staffs in neat uniform, they served us in gracious way and helpful.
Chou Fleur
Soup of Cauliflower, Leeks and Truffle essence, it was thickly aromatic. Served as a best starter for the meal, the portion was just nice.
Canard
Duck breast was roasted, it came along with Juniper Berries sauce. Overall taste was sweetly sour, a very unique dish for me. Tender pieces of meat, it had a perfect ratio of fatty meat. Dressed up with colourful veggies, it was filling. Seldom make my trip to such high-class restaurant, it gave me a wonderful memory. Recommended Dish(es):

Cool-looking restaurant spotted, I admired the concept of the bistro. Because of the cozy environment and spacious layout, my friend highly recommended the place. Still a nicely maintain although over few years, different style of furniture was intentionally arranged together. Friendly staff and high-quality food gained a lot of positive reputation.
Asparagus Serrano Ham And Crumbed Egg
Gentle-grilled veggie stick, it served along with specialty thinly well-marinated meat. Perfectly poached egg in a crispy crumb coating, the dish was unique. In fact, fusion cuisine was in small portion, quality instead of quantity. $24.00 for the plate, it was no cheap. Side order, we took Celeriac Soup. Nourish and it was basically smooth creamy, price at $14.00. Overall, the ambience was superb and that’s the spending was quite steep. Recommended Dish(es):

Walking into memory lane, an adorable and interesting theme was applied at Old School Delight. There were lots of childhood stuffs, it reminded me my study days. I personally like the major blackboard, huge and indicated all dishes sold. Pretty menu and creative way to place orders, we had to write down our orders on a little whiteboard. “All grown-ups were children first.” It was a very sensible sentence.
Kueh Pie Tie
Freshly-grated turnips and egg strips, I treated it as my Tea-break snack. Accompanied their special homemade chilli sauce, it suddenly became a classy dish. Crispy with the wonderful taste, this traditional dish was my favourite since I was small. We were busy playing around with the toy box, card game and magnetic board game, such a naughty fun place. The selling price here was wallet-friendly, we enjoyed our lively tea-time here. Recommended Dish(es):
