What attracts us to buy their dessert was the interesting name ''Chi Ni Dou Fu''. It is creative and easy to remember. I was recommended by a Malaysian friend that the 'Tau Huay' of this stall is very smooth and 'slippery'.
Take Away
It was so colourful when looking at menu. Every flavour has its own signature colour. It declared itself as real flavour of Soya Bean Curd. Indeed, the taste was quite similiar to normal Soya Bean Curd, but it was slightly a bit tender.
Tau Huay
It is an organic food, definitely more healthier than other dessert. I bought Original flavour for myself. A strong aroma of soya filled my mouth, that was simply an pleasant experience that I would never forget. A pure soya bean curd ever eat before.
Chi Ni Dou Fu Hua
For me, the price is reasonable. Costed me $2.00++ each cup depends on the flavours you choose. To avoid any disappointment for the famous flavours, you may call (Tel No.: 8328 2488) to place your orders before you make a trip down to the stall itself. Recommended Dish(es):

We were having lunch-in session. Everyone of us go Tekka Market to bought the food and brought to office. I was recommended by my colleagues, this famous Indian food stall at Tekka Market. Lunch time, there was a long queue in front the stall. I waited, ordered the 'Mutton Rice'. It was quite hot if we were eating there. Luckily we decided to take away and enjoyed the air-cond in the office.
Nasi Briyani with Mutton
I admit I felt a little impatient while waiting in a queue, but the truth tells me that great food worth the wait. I was rewarded a tasty Nasi Briyani much more than I could imagine. The boneless mutton was tender and soft, easy to bite and rendang taste was just nice, not too spicy or saltly. It costed me $5.00. The portion was big, for people who are small eater, you may share it with others. Surprsingly, Tekka Market has such famous stall. Absolutely, I have no regrets to eat this. Recommended Dish(es):

Soba Shioyaki Bento
Tenzaru Soba
Teriyaki Chicken Bento
Tempura Bento
Before We Start
Hooray!! This is my 2nd birthday here. Time really passed fast. I still can remember my birthday in Year 2011 was the Mango King Cake. Haha. Was looking back the photo taken last year, all of us have changed. Yet, memories won't fade. This year, they decide to give me surprise. Ordering Sakea Sushi for lunch-in without my knowledge. Of course, I like Japanese food especially Bento. It is simple lunch but I am touching. Each of us ordered Bento, Teriyaki Bento, Soba Shioyaki Bento and Tempura Bento are the Famous Bento thus we ordered. Must try the Tenzaru Soba which ordered by Paul. The soba is refreshing and I just can't stop eating it once i started. Haha. Tempura is crispy, Teriyaki chicken is tasty, even the handroll (as our side dish) also delightful. If anyone want to order delivery food but no idea what to eat, maybe you can try this. Last but not least, I want to take this opportunity to thanks to my lovely colleagues!! Cheers!! Economic Fried Meehoon was the very typical local breakfast, I like to have my meal at foodcourt to join the crowd in the early morning. Came to Dim Sum stall, it actually sell a lot food included Nasi Lemak which was now having promotion at only $3.00. Managed by two staffs, they were helpful and cheerful elderly. Stall looked clean and neat, prices were all stated on the board.
Yummylicious
No further luxury ingredients added, what I had was plain fried Singapore style meehoon. It looked a bit dully plain without arrival of darkening sauce, yet it was decently tasty. Meehoon remained springy after fried, nothing beats. Appetizingly spicy after eating along with dried shrimp sambal chilli, portion was satisfying too. Price was definitely affordable, $2.00 for my plate. Table Wait Time: 0 minute(s)

Found the local delight when hanging around at Takashimaya, I was surprised there was affordable meal here. Just like normal foodcourt, Food Village was built up by handful stalls with different cuisines. Having longest queue, I insisted good food is worth the wait. Quality guaranteed by cooking one plate then one plate, the chef fried right in front of us. Waiting time was still bearable, staff acted quite fast and friendly service. Menu was put the desk, price ranged from $5.00 up to $8.00, depends on the size and portion.
Thumbs Up
Stick to the stall, we finally ordered two different dishes. I ordered Char Kway Teow and Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodles for him, both were mouth-watering in appearance. Kway Teow was slightly sweet with the darkening sauce added, taste was fragrantly nice. Little smoky, yet it was not overcooked or oily mushy. Ingredients were generously given, mixed well with Kway Teow generally. Sharing the food, I got to try noodle too. Infused into rich starchy gravy, mee on the other hand remained springy. Spicy sambal and dash of lime gave additional mark to overall, heavenly slurping good plate. Perfectly gooey texture, cubes of pork added along also. Simple yet delicious, I actually like two of them. Definitely not overpriced, they were costed $5.00 each. Table Wait Time: 0 minute(s)
